Got me out of a pickle with the HORRIBLE roaming speed on my Visible Wireless plan. While not the fastest, was very usable, very cheap, and was easy to download and use! The hardest part was downloading the app at a snail's pace with my old cellular plan!

Data kept dropping off and lowering to 3G even tho I paid for 5G. Been using it for 2 days and it’s been very inconsistent and I’m struggling to even send photos.

I’ve used ubigi more than 20 times traveling through Japan. Coverage is good. Here’s the problem for the first time I had a technical issue and realized that the customer service. Nonexistent. I’m in Japan customer service services somewhere else and our times don’t match. It takes them one full day to respond back to a message. Chat bot will direct you to their library.
