I absolutely love the Salon and Store that I live near in Orlando ,Fl I recently moved and just took a chance the store manager answered the call she was so helpful and supportive she placed me with the perfect stylist for my hair needs. Then the Stylist Olivia !! She is a Gem and extremely knowledgeable and talented. Then on my checkout the person at the register suggested I get the Ulta App on my cell phone. She then helped me download and showed me about awards and coupons. I was overjoyed w

OMG! My package arrived today! What a perfect presentation! I’m looking forward to seeing the results of all my new skincare products especially the Anua and Medicubeserums! I had to sample The Two Faced lip oils! Love them!!! Peach & Lily dou left my skin feeling super clean and hydrated. A huge applaud for all the samples! Looking forward to trying them all! Thank you! For sure I will be ordering soon!!!

Everything about the stores and app is great(especially,the app because a lot of stuff does free gifting on certain products when you pay a certain amount but, some of it is a bit pricier!

Absolutely over the moon and back shopping for my personal essentials from ULTA. Now with the holiday season 2024 can’t wait to see all the different gift sets and my favs are the perfumes. Highly recommend ULTA to all my fellow cosmetology students and coworkers

Clinique Moisture surge was good but didn’t give me as much moisture as I need. My skin is extremely dry and I need a formula that gives plenty of moisture with protection from the sun. I love the Clinique foaming soap. And I enjoy the makeup.

The Ulta beauty online store is one of the best online stores i’ve ever used. It has fast delivery and their products come in very nicely packaged and not damaged. I definitely recommend

My app hasn’t saved my favorites in months, maybe 6. I keep tapping the heart and it doesn’t change, then I look at my loves list and nothing’s been added.

When you type something into the search bar and hit enter, it just goes to a blank page. You have to search more than once for it to load anything.

Fragrances should be included in the coupons that are received via email or on the app.

Ulta is by far the best app for beauty, hair, body care and so much more that I haven’t even discovered. This is coming from a mom of 3 girls who also shop here as well. It’s always a pleasure shopping through Ulta in store and online. Thank You!

I tried to log in and it will not let me get in so I can’t save all my stuff

Normally love the app, but every since the most recent review I can’t see the home page or any products once clicked on! I’ve deleted the app and attempted to update again but there isn’t a newer version yet. Literally can’t use the app now

I like the subtle colors. The case is a mirror—that’s a bonus. The shadow stays on longer than the brand I was using before. It comes with two applicators.

My Ulta store is in Midland, Texas. They are friendly and helpful! I bought a Morphe eye shadow palette today while FaceTiming my daughter in St. Louis, MO. She loved the palette so much, I went online and purchased her one for pick up at her Ulta store at Brentwood Promenade! We LOVE our Ulta stores! ❤️

I’m often on the app looking for new makeup. I had a problem with delivery one time when I received broken ruined product but ulta was able to refund and replace my item with no problem.

I don’t know if it’s just me but the app is always lagging for me or frozen. It’s not the greatest shopping experience

Can’t seem to add club member # to app!

The employees were poorly distributed and in addition they had little knowledge of the products. There were clients looking for employees and the areas that were there were maintenance. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable. It seemed that the supervisor believed she was going to take the items without paying. At one point I felt A little uncomfortable, as I just left work and I didn't carry my IV or Gucci wallet, I thought I didn't have enough to pay, the treatment at that store was a bit unpleas
