My app hasn’t saved my favorites in months, maybe 6. I keep tapping the heart and it doesn’t change, then I look at my loves list and nothing’s been added.

This app is The GOAT I really love this app.

Product information is not loading. Please fix.

Recently the “save for later” or favoriting an item hasn’t worked. Please fix it so I can save my favorite items!

When you type something into the search bar and hit enter, it just goes to a blank page. You have to search more than once for it to load anything.

Fragrances should be included in the coupons that are received via email or on the app.

Ulta is by far the best app for beauty, hair, body care and so much more that I haven’t even discovered. This is coming from a mom of 3 girls who also shop here as well. It’s always a pleasure shopping through Ulta in store and online. Thank You!

I tried to log in and it will not let me get in so I can’t save all my stuff

Normally love the app, but every since the most recent review I can’t see the home page or any products once clicked on! I’ve deleted the app and attempted to update again but there isn’t a newer version yet. Literally can’t use the app now

I like the subtle colors. The case is a mirror—that’s a bonus. The shadow stays on longer than the brand I was using before. It comes with two applicators.

My Ulta store is in Midland, Texas. They are friendly and helpful! I bought a Morphe eye shadow palette today while FaceTiming my daughter in St. Louis, MO. She loved the palette so much, I went online and purchased her one for pick up at her Ulta store at Brentwood Promenade! We LOVE our Ulta stores! ❤️

I’m often on the app looking for new makeup. I had a problem with delivery one time when I received broken ruined product but ulta was able to refund and replace my item with no problem.

Offers once activated should be automatically applied at checkout and there shouldn’t be so many restrictions on coupon codes. glitches in the App too often.

Have never had any issues with my orders. Everything is so simple and convenient!!! Always happy with my experiences!!

I love the app but with the new update I can no longer zoom in on the product photo, which is a big problem when you are trying to look at color swatches.

I’m a huge fan of Ulta but I seriously hate the app new redesign. The landing page no longer flows and the removal of the pinch to zoom feature makes me use the app less. Oh well… the less I use the app, the less money I spend with them, right? Clearly from reading the reviews, I'm not the only one who has been frustrated by these changes.

The new LOOK of the app is great, but in practice? Among other things, ABSOLUTELY DESPISE that you can’t tap into images to make them larger, or zoom in. How did you expect us to to look at all of these color/finish swatches properly without being able to make them any larger???

Huge ulta shopper, so the app is super useful and I love how easy it is to use. But, it would be nice to have the option to sort favorites by brand name, recently added, etc. I like to organize my favorites by brand, and with so many new launches, it gets messy. Most other shopping apps have this feature so it’s a bit odd ulta doesn’t.

Love Ulta in general, but lately even with an updated app the pictures hardly ever load. Frustrating!

I’ve been shopping at ulta for years now and it’s always been a great and easy shopping experience. Other then the vendors not supplying enough or item being discontinued they always have options for you to choose from.

Seriously an awesome pen that gives you an on point result. Clean cut, black color and lasts a ling time. Highly recommend.

I love the poreless face primer. It makes my foundation go on so smoothly. I use faithfully now. I even have my daughter using it. It’s great and the price is nice also.

This powder goes on well and keeps your face from looking oily. It feels light.

Not sure why on a Monday afternoon the entire credit card site would be down for “scheduled maintenance” when this type of maintenance should only be done during low use hours. Trying to pay a bill and this makes doing that I’m very inconvenient.
