I know UD is still getting off the ground, but their support is really patient and works with you through any issues you have. I messed up on some of my bets and they took care of it quickly as a one time courtesy and explained to me what I did wrong. On another occasion I misunderstood the bet 5 promo and they also helped me with that. Hopefully this book continues to grow and get better.

Love the props app and I found you guys from Clark with your props app and now I see you guys have something like fanduel and BetMGM however only limited to some states once you guys fix that it will really take off the user interface is just different and pleasing to jump into being in IL I definitely thought it would be available here we have so many sports teams.

HEY ITS NOT LIKE FANDUEL OR ANY OTHER THAT HAVE OPTIONS TO GET PAID QUICKER BUT THEY DO GOOD BUSINESS AND THEY PAY MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS BUT YOU GET PAID AND I LOVE THE ODDS 5 STAR

Good app but makes it hard if you don’t have PayPal to cash out they say they will review it and approve then send it to inter checks which can take up to 5 days! Then send it to your email. Where as the other apps allow with your debit card to just cash out right away.

I really like this app, I need to see it come to Ohio though

The app is extremely buggy and constantly freezes. Every time you open the app you have to log in with a verification code every single time which is so annoying. There is small variety in props and game lines which cannot even compare with other sports books. Customer support is pretty good but there is barely any promotions.
