Be patient - it will work.

Coming from the US, I had the same activation problem. I sent an email to support requesting assistance and they activated my account. It was really nice to not wait in line at the bus depot in Amalfi to buy tickets from the “man with the yellow vest” in cash. You can use a credit card and activate on your phone. Super convenient! My recommendation, plan ahead, be polite and patient, take some time to figure out the app. It pays off!

Unusable

This app along with Go EAV share a login system and are unable to send me verification SMS, nor is there any other solution for registration. The result is that it’s impossible to purchase any fare. After contacting them by email, they activated my account for use without the SMS verification. I am able to purchase tickets.
