Great airline the best in the business!
I was unclear of how to locate where to add bags to check and if my United Explorer Mileage Plus Card was acceptable to use a carrying on bag.
Something as essential as the wifi that we sometimes pay for, because some of us work while flying … It’s super hard to find pay for etc……
It makes my life so much easier and I’ not even tech savvy! Thank you!
Finding what you need (especially checked bags) seems harder than it needs to be. Also I was really disappointed that I was over charged for my checked bags and that the refund process is super difficult. And, I can’t resolve it until after my flight.

It's so crazy how these apps don't work together.
I was charged 3-times to upgrade my coach seat to economy plus. The charges are still pending on my credit card, and she didn't even secure a seat for me. Horrible Service
I am a United Explorer card holder and I am supposed to have one free bag to check. It looks as if I was just charged to check my bag. Hopefully I can get this resolved. Scott S.

Our flight was delayed! I activated the app today so I could use the Wi-Fi! I revised text messages informing me of the flight delay! A link was sent to pick a new flight! It took about 3-5 minutes! Only because I did not lose a card! Once i added my card! I was confirmed! There was another person on hold waiting to re book! I am happy I had the app! The only thing I could. It confirm my bags!

A great way to spend your time in the air! You don’t need to have Wi-Fi to use this app because United airlines provides it for you on the app! This app has movies and games for all ages and without adds. 8.5/10 would recommend. From, anonymous

App was very useful and easy to use
The United App gives you everything you need in a airline travel app. You can make reservations easily, monitor upcoming trips, check-in for flights, look up your mileage totals, even get entertainment while you’re on a flight.
I am not a frequent air traveler and didn’t have a MileagePlus account. Installing this app and signing in with my existing credentials brought me to a MileagePlus flow, which I had already done. Now I have two, or maybe three, I can’t tell. Each time I use the app I get promoted to create another account, and now I just get a “oops something went wrong” modal. Pretty frustrating. Not sure I want to sit on hold to get the accounts merged. Maybe they can do it at the terminal.

Uploading Covid materials was very problematic. Had to repeat over 6 times until it accepted it.
I am always delighted to fly United for the customer service either on the ground at the airport or in the Air. United Agents very respectful and they do not hesitate to go above and beyond to assist a needy. I feel very honored when boarding to receive a thank you with smile for being 1K member. Thank you to everyone who makes it possible to fly on time.

Terrible day to travel. Covid on ur ship, thunderstorms over the airport destination, mechanical delays. However at least 6 different United employees helped us change flights, get us into a United lounge got us clean tables to eat at and wheelchaired my partner through Newark airport. We’re in our 90th years. Thanks for saving us

I was shocked how amazing the app is. Booking & paying through the app is the best of any airline. You can book with miles. Split miles & cash, or even better…. And travel voucher you had. 10 out of 10!!! Please don’t change the app… it’s perfect!

Very complicated app not easy to use for senior person
United App makes the process so much easier to manage with the ability to pre-check all especially traveling with grandchildren. Truly appreciated..
“Look for the star.” Is not enough information for someone checking if they have real ID. And the embedded link does not get you a visual reference of what to look for. Please think about making your messaging accessible to all.
