I hate this new way of ordering. It is extremely difficult for seniors. I like the old way that we ordered in 2023. We used a catalog and it had the points right there. Please revert back.

While trying to research possible providers, site keeps timing out while I am actively searching with filters. I have to keep going back in and resetting my filters and starting all over….. very frustrating!

The app is very useful but annoying that it is designed strictly for use on phones. It needs to be able to be employed in landscape mode on tablets to make it more user friendly.

I have been looking for an endodontist for two months now each one I’ve called from the directories provided no longer participates or except the insurance so I’m having an extremely long time finding me a root canal doctor. I am thinking that you will need to update Network doctors involvement monthly technology is such that this can be done. I do not know how long my surgery will continue but I have not been successful so far Oh yeah, I want to say when I called and they provide me with the s

I have medical and RX plans but only have access to RX on app.

I just started using when I changed. So far the wait on phone call takes a long wait.

I find the United Health app is extremely easy to use to find a provider for any of my health needs.

Thanks for the continuing updates to this App. It is getting better and better, but some things take way too many steps to find. The worse thing is just signing in…very frustrating and time consuming. I have a name and password set up, and Face ID. Most of the time neither work! I get “Try again later,” or “Something Went Wrong!” I even get “Invalid Pin,” but I don’t have a PIN set up?? Most of the time I have to try again later, and hope to get in.

Should be able to save I’d card to wallet on phone

UnitedHealthCare is better than all other insurance providers. No other insurance company does more for its clients than any other company. I love UHC and highly recommend my insurance company to anyone that wants the absolute best coverage available. You will not be disappointed…

I clicked save on the web version and they don’t save on the mobile site. I have also saved providers on the mobile version and they still don’t save when I leave that session and return. It would also be great if somehow we could schedule appointments and the app could partner with the providers/hospitals better

Didn’t work at doctor’s office. Can’t see how to log fitness activities from phone app

United Health care is great. The app is great & easy to use. People via phone calls are always pleasant & kind. Options for care is very good … with the exception of dental providers

I have tried to give information on my new primary doctor and it isn’t working

App is okay, but it stopped working for me. After I log in with Face ID, I get the infinite loading spinner on the View My Plans screen.

Every product you scan comes back “ ® Pending Catalog Review This product is not in our catalog yet, so we are unable to determine if this is approved. Please try another product.” But you can type in bar code if you can see it and the same product registers!!!!
