Unity by Hard Rock App Reviews

After I updated the app the app went into Spanish mode. Not sure how to set it back to English. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking my language settings on my Iphone And nothing. Other than that the app has been working fine for me!

This app does not track and/or does not show my daily transactions. Not sure if other users have the same issue but I know my wife has the app and her daily transactions do show on the app. They need to fix this problem.

I used the app while playing at a sister casino, even uploaded funds prior to my visit with no issues. When I tried to access again I got the message “ your maximum limit has been reached please enter a different amount or visit the Casino cage for further assistance. Went to the cage and a cashier provided me with a phone number to contact a representative. The representative took my contact info and said someone would reach out to me. It’s been more than 24 hours and no one has contacted me, A

Unity by hard rock is an amazing. The program is very generous. The staff could not be nicer. The locations are great. It is “Simply The Best.🎶”

Best casinos and best support app love the ease of use.

There are offers that randomly pop up but you’ll see offers saying available in all Florida locations then get to one and the dealers, cashier, and players club never heard of it and don’t know why it’s says I have the offer in the app. Yet in my group of 5 friends I go with we all have the same offer in our unity apps. In specific; the “cash club- stay in the game” offer to buy chips at tables with debit or credit card”

When you try to see what promotions are available at a particular venue you want to visit. There is no way to separate other venues. This has caused me to patronize a venue and falsely thought I was getting a perk that was at another venue. Is it bait and switch? Or is the IT department that incompetent?

Not a review just trying to find out how to contact your customer service , since the points I should have earned eating at Hard Rock Cafe in ac have not been credited to my account. Waiter said it should take 2 or 3 days. Its been a week today. Thank you

I love the new unity rewards program…it’s awesome I ordered myself a jacket can’t wait to receive it….and show it off!!!! Only thing I wish I could get online play with unity ….other than that it’s 👍👍👍

This App is Great. Easy to use and do many things like checking Status of Points/Reservation and etc. Great feature to have on the phone and Handy to have Access when u need it. Definitely Download and start using this App if You belong to the HardRock Casino.

Unity app is amazing and wonderful it makes everything better and more accessible

I enjoy being able to check my status and offers whenever I want to. Sometimes , not often the hotel reservations part is not in sync with the reservation system at customer service. Overall I enjoy the site.

I’m just trying to check in. I got an email with a link so I could check in before arriving. I followed the link but it wouldn’t let me check in without joining the unity club. I did it. It still wouldn’t let me check in, so I downloaded the unity app. It still won’t let me check in. I’m almost at the hotel now but starting off on the wrong foot. I’m sure it will go more smoothly in person.

App is user friendly. However, it’s showing me that I have comp days available but when I picked the dates, there’s a fee associated. Not sure if this is a system bug, but I’m going to call customer service to find out. Hopefully this will be resolved.

At first the app worked. Now I am unable to see my transactions. Doesn’t show me my play or free play. Opening page all text is missing. Still needs more work and bugs fixed.

The U wallet registration does not work from the app and no one knows how to fix it.

This new 2 factor identification system is not good. My bank doesn’t even do this. Every time I try to log in I have to go to a new page for a code. Enough. Your app is not that important to have all this security. Can I opt out and just use a Face ID?
