Overall UNUM is a great app. I have been using it for a few years. It is the easiest to use out of all the feed planning apps I have tried. However, over the last year it has been inconsistent on what is included with the free membership without warning. Because of this I have gone back and forth between paying for it and not. Not only is this confusing as a user, but also frustrating especially for those that pay for a subscription only for the options to change.

Can you please fix the bio bar link? It says it goes against Instagram rules.

Fantastic app, but deducted a star because it doesn’t reflect the updated carousel content limits which have been increased from to 15+. Otherwise perfect app.

I wish there was still a free version. I’ve been using this app for a long time and the available features have changed so much without warning. Including the pricing for more premium features. A bit frustrating. The app itself works great, but I don’t like the inconsistency without warning.

Trying to get help and assistance for the app its merely impossible. Please contact me. I pay for an elite plan and the app hasn’t been working properly for a while!
