fixed but was unusable for months

Unable to search anything! app says u need to download everything to use offline even when connected to the internet, please fix ASAP -> finally fixed in late August

Renewed confidence

After removing and reinstalling the app twice, it has now been worked dependably for the past week. I am updating my review since the content and abundance of expert created medical reference material is so robust. When the app is not working well it really is frustrating because I've come to rely on it regularly.

Was a 5 now a 1

I’ve used this app for 10 years, about 1.5 years ago there was an update - I wish they could undo. I had open a new email to subscribe and now pay more for an app that doesn’t work right I think the information is not organized as well.

Great content, sleazy practice

If you access the content on a web browser in your office, UpToDate forcefully signs you out frequently. It is possible they want you buy the desktop app in addition. Feedback about this over a year and I have not seen any changes. When they change it, I will update my rating.

Keeps hanging all the time

This app just stop workimg after 2 or 3 searches. Developers, do something about this?

We need dark icons!!

As a paid subscriber of this app, I find it’s the only one that hasn’t updated its icon to dark mode of iOS 26. Or even their interface to glass. Come on guys!! It looks so awful next to my other apps I have to hide it
