The app used to work great, but now all of a sudden the app crashes every time I try to use the reveal a letter option. It does it every single time. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but it just keeps crashing. It’s still fun to do the crosswords even without the reveal a letter feature but it is annoying that it crashes.

The letters are way too small on my iPhone

Archived crosswords and sudokus are positively primitive to access. I have to swipe repeatedly to get to my first new crossword. Paging through batches of worked sudokus becomes ever more time consuming, please add a personalized feature that takes a solver to the first unsolved puzzle.

I love the Word Wipe game but the closer you get to winning the more it freezes and lags behind. VERY FRUSTRATING in a timed game especially!

I am a subscriber to this app but I cannot play sudoku it just keeps going back to play

This crossword is the most fun of all.

I love this app. I have no problem paying monthly for it. It’s a great brain rest for me. Just recently it started shutting down every time I use the hint button. I’ve reinstalled several times to no avail. There is no discernible support. They give an email address but that bounced back as non existent. I can’t deal with it constantly shutting down so I guess I’ll need to cancel.

Desperately needs an offline mode. One of the best times to do some crosswords is on a plane yet you can’t utilize this app on a flight unless you happen to have a flight with free internet. Frustrating! And I know people have been requesting this for a while.

This app is great except for one thing that bothers me greatly—the daily completion streak does not work properly. I have completed crosswords and sudokus for the past 5 days on time, but the app displays my current streak as 1 day with my longest streak as 3 days. I shouldn’t have to complete these puzzles on my laptop in the web browser for this to track properly.

Tried to play the sudoku four times. Watched almost two minutes of ads just for it to go back and when I hit start it just plays another ad. Rinse and repeat. There’s no game just ads.

I’ve been playing for about three months. Now it won’t launch. Contacted customer service but they’ve not responded. This is very frustrating since I paid for a year subscription. Also they keep using the same words in every crossword. I’m more than frustrated.

This app is buggy and slow. I much prefer playing on the internet browser.
