Love the post office nice people nice service. Nice displays need I say more.

Have had no problems with this app in the 2 years I have had it. Now I can have mail held at the tap of a button and, through informed delivery, see if a walk to the mailbox that day is needed—particularly nice on rainy or snowy days. Great app.

The ability to track the packages I send is truly a great convenience. The app is easy to understand and easy to use.

I really appreciate knowing what’s coming on a daily basis. But especially when I’m out of town and my mail is being held, I like knowing what bills or important items will be delivered when I return. I now have a couple of sisters doing this out of state.

Pretty crazy that when clicking on links containing usps tracking, it wants to open in Safari instead of IN the app, like UPS or god forbid FEDEX.

Nice app but I don’t use it every day simply because it takes too long to login. Face ID or remembering my username would shorten the login time and I would use it more often. I like informed delivery because sometimes family members helpfully pick up the mail and — less helpfully— don’t tell me where my mail is.

You place a hold on your mail but the hold request never seems to make it to the mail carrier. So …. What’s the value of an app that lets you place a hold that is not implemented or communicated

This app makes my life much easier to manage! I love it!

This app is excellent I always find the mail being delivered for each day and early in the morning the app displays my mail for that day. Thank you for this app it is awesome. GOD BLESS YOU AND ALL OF YOUR FAMILIES.

The USPS APP enable you to do many services in one place, easy to access and complete your task.

I am being abused by a large gang of thieves. Even got turned over to a collection agency because I didn’t realize they were stealing my outgoing payments as well as incoming bills. USPS Informed Delivery helps me know when important mail is coming so I can keep an eye out for mail carrier. I can beat thieves out to MY mailbox for MY mail! Thank you USPS !!! JDC

I love informed delivery feature of USPS apart from regular tracking, once you signup online account you can able to see what is coming in today’s mailbox and if it missed you can mark it I didn’t receive this letter. USPS also notifies customers about important documents shipment status once label created. Thank you for making better customer experience with minimum cost.

I love the postal service for being so reliable, flawlessly at that, and providing me all my dail mail deliveries no matter the locations. Informed delivery changed my life and has given me a better chance at practicaing my time management skills, down to staying on track for things like being the best mother I can be! Thank you UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE FOR BEING NUMBER ONE of all times to us US Citizens!!!!

We enjoy the fact we can see what is being delivered and we set up the labeled party to receive!

Time table is very important. With the app it will make you plan your deliveries.

I have a working app. But don’t have an icon showing on my memu. I need to do a search in the App Store to find this app. Then I hit open and the app is there. So instead of clicking on an icon I need to scratch the App Store

It seems that the app is lagging during holidays. It doesn’t always list my incoming packages and there has been times when the app tracks a package and then the tracker number disappears before delivery date. Also, my post office manager tells me that the package delivery dates are dependent upon when the local post office schedules delivery. Not to rely on estimate date in app.

Need to add touch and Face ID to app as not to sign in each time. Other than that it works fine.

Always know what’s in today’s delivery, even when on vacation hold!

I hate the fact it doesn’t save the password! I find myself creating a password (writing it down somewhere else) and the next day I try to log in, it tells me the password is incorrect. I’m stuck in a vicious cycle or updating my password, the app not recognizing it, and then me having to create a new one. If the app just saved it, my life would be easier. Otherwise, this app is great!

hospitality is great service is quick, it services all surrounding areas by customers choice. The only reviews are those of the great people who are fueled by anger. It would be nice if the many people that enjoy the service would speak up

I wish your app would give us the option to be sent a text when ever any packages are being sent to our home rather then having to request alerts every single time. That gets old. There should be a ticky box we can check to say we allow texts for all large packages. Kind of like when we sign up for email alerts daily for what is coming in the mail.

I have cern using this app for a couple of years, it is very helpful when I am traveling or waiting on a package delivery.

Love it . But only issue it doesn’t offer first class so I end up paying more for shipping then I should.

It used to open within the app but now it keeps forcing me into the web browser when I don’t want it to

You used to be able to label your packages so you didn’t have to remember tracking number was what. That option has been removed and you’re now redirected to safari for tracking. This is pointless now with so many other better options it’s silly

What happened to informed delivery? I’ve had no photos of mail and very few notifications of delivery the past 2 months.
