I have MS and can’t play golf any longer and I had a automatic subscription charge me 69 for my membership I contacted V1 golf and explained I needed to cancel my subscription told them my health situation and asked if they could refund me Don was very supportive and cancelled my subscription and got me a refund. This is by far the best customer service I have had in many years. Don and V1 golf are great Neal Colingham

I’ve improved my game a great deal since I started watching and studying the swings of the greatest players on V1. All of my favorites are there, with more added all the time. And the V1 customer support team is first-rate! Very helpful and quick to provide guidance on improving my learning experience. I highly recommend V1 Golf!

Very useful for recording swing videos and the drawing tools are a great tool as well. Don was helpful as well when i had issues with my account!

You can’t save analysis line you’ve drawn. You can only delete by double taping screen and it deletes in order starting with last line drawn. Really terrible.

Had a small misunderstanding about how to use the app and Don went out of his way to help me resolve it. Very impressive service.

I used to be able to share the lessons to the students that I wish I still could do with my plan. Otherwise the video tools are very good.

I was having a little trouble finding the video my golf instructor had posted on V1Golf for me so I contacted the “support staff”. Within minutes I had a response and Don solved my problem. Don was courteous and thorough, making sure I had no other questions. I’m confident that they’ll be able to take care of any issues I might have in the future.

I purchased the V1 Golf app last fall and have thoroughly enjoyed it. By coincidence I got a lesson from a coach who also uses the V1 Golf app which I thought was a tribute to it being a solid app. I would also like to say that the customer service you receive from V1 is excellent. Justin Thomas a gentleman who helped me with my email issue was emailing me back on a Sunday…just to let me know that he was working on it. I have to say I was a little shocked, but pleasantly surprised he took care

I have never encountered an app backed by such customer service. They respond immediately to my questions and then engage in an email discussion until the matter is resolved. (Heck. Lynn even passed on one suggestion.) Engaging with my swing coach through the V1 Golf app is simple and encouraging. (Heck again. I may someday swing a little more ‘like a pro’.)

My instructor sent my lesson to the wrong e mail address. Lynn at V1 diagnosed the issue very quickly and solved the issue in 5 mins. Thanks, Lynn

I’m new to V1. So, I can’t speak to the product yet but I’m certainly a believer in the customer service! Don answered all my questions and helped me with a couple extra things with almost no wait time. Can’t wait to see if the app is as good as the customer service!

Had a minor hiccup getting videos captured on my iPhone transferring to my iPad. Contacted support and JT quickly replied and explained how to fix my issue. Don’t hesitate to call them as they are GOOD at supporting their product! 😀👍

Been using V1 Golf app for a few years and it is an outstanding tool for golfers (and teachers) to deconstruct and analyze the golf swing. They regularly update the App with new features and their support team is very helpful whenever you have a question or an issue. Highly recommended.

Old app used to allow you to download your video out of there. New app removed this feature. These are your videos and thus should be allowed to download. Instead V1 says the reason is they allow you to send to your swing coach. Maybe folks want to save their videos over the years but can’t.
