Improvement Suggestions- In the payment section of the app only the amount deposited is shown. Suggest you add/modify so gross amount is shown with any special/ additional payments listed for a grand total, then list all deductions for the net amount deposited. It is difficult for a veteran to monitor without that information. Sincerely,

I really like this app and it works smoothly. I don’t believe there’s much that needs to be changed with this app since it has been nicely designed. It’s easy to navigate in this app - All your important VA documents and information is organized, and easily accessible. Thank you! 👍👍

This service is essential for all veterans. It is much easier for me and all veterans than using local CVS services. This service eliminates the need for me to contact my clinic to have new updated prescription sent to my local CVS. I know it is not onerous to do this, but at my age it is a matter of forgetfulness. Please keep this essential service. I am use to having the VA pharmacy request a new prescription when mine runs out.

Like any application this one continues to evolve and bugs are worked out. However the overall usefulness of this application is amazing. I almost never call the VA and use the messaging for everything.

5 star service on appt reminders. Keep it up

When confirming an appt there should be link to submit travel pay. I have only gotten 2 travel pay text and I’ve been here 10x. When you confirm an appt it should accept it when you hit the confirm button, however it stays active when you arrow back out.

Decent app although it doesn’t show what type of appointment you’re going to so I have to message my provider to make sure what type of clinic I’m going to and that can take a couple days. Only thing that’s bugging me about this app.

I am pleased with the Application however I can not access some things I was able to before. The Application I would like to access is my Laboratory or Blood Test. I feel that I should be able to see my Lab Tests.

Simple VA claim for dependents I already have had for 5,11,12 years has been sitting for one month absolutely no action.

Can’t believe I’m saying it, but this actually a pretty functional and stable app.

Good APP but is there a way to have a new VA Card issued before my card expires through the APP?

The program is getting easier to maneuver thru and check on my health.

Always have a hard time navigating the log in process.
