This is third year we have rented this same unit same time of year. Last two years was very happy either your services snd the cleanliness of the condo. Looking forward to staying there again

Best Booking App Ever !!!
I’m just sending a minor complaint about the mobile app - I don’t like that when I click to view an individual photo, it crops the photo to the size of the phone screen, with no ability to zoom in/out or pan left/right. Please improve if possible.
I stayed last month in The Patricia Grand with Vacasa and they made everything so easy. I just booked a second stay ! Love the pools, the beach access and the room was so clean last time… hoping for the same experience!
I love using Vacasa but checking out has changed. You get the total, including fees….you like that price so you hit accept. Then they add tax on top of that! Not cool Vacasa, very deceptive!!!
Always easy and was $250 less than the other sights!
House very spacious and clean. To close one to another. Dish washer was broken. The plastic sprinkler was melted inside the dishwasher. So we don’t even try. So hand wash all week. Hard beds, no enough parking space. Big house for big family with very limited parking. God know I’m said the truth. But, we pass and unforgettable time. Thank you Vacasa.
Pros: Enjoyed our stay. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Unit was nice and had everything we needed. Cons: Pool staff are annoying. I understand the need to monitor the pool area for non-guests but all day long? We couldn’t enjoy ourselves for all the policing. We’ve stayed here for years. This is the first time security was like this.
We’ve stayed at The Tides twice prior to this stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay(again)! There was absolutely no problems whatsoever! Easy check-in and checkout as usual. This was my birthday weekend with my wife and Mom. One of the balcony lights did not work. I informed Vacasa immediately, they responded, but never sent anyone to repair it. That was the only issue. Pros: Easy search for rentals Lots of pictures of rentals Offers 3D views Easy to cancel Offers pay half option and travel insurance Cons: You can’t contact the owner/host directly like on Airbnb I rented a property and wanted to extend my stay 4 extra nights. There was no way to edit my reservation. Only gives the option to cancel your trip. I reached out to an incompetent customer service rep who acted like I was speaking a foreign language when all I wanted to do was extend my reservation

We had a wonderful holiday weekend in this peaceful retreat. It felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle of the Triangle, and still close to the fun of Oak Island. Our kids had a great time. I have been going through Vacasa for years now . I travel several times a year with my grown kids, their Families and extended family and friends. We are always happy with our condos. They are always clean and have a lot of amenities! They are always in the locations we are traveling to. Once we had an issue where our paid condo was no longer available for some reason - Vacasa informed us quickly and offered us 3 other options and we picked an option that was more money than the original condo a

I’ve only had this app for a couple of days and it will not let me pass the “match the word to the photo” to sign in. The error message “oops” keeps coming up but there is no tech support or suggestion of what needs to be done. I can however log in perfectly through the website. That’s not very convenient because the text messages I’m receiving (I have a trip booked) say “sign into the app”. Is there any solution this issue? I’ll probably delete the app after my trip and just use the websit
I was very impressed with the filters and functions of the Vacasa site. Using the Vacasa site I was able to quickly filter down to homes that met my needs and provided the vacation my family desired. Well done!!

A great location, but the unit is pretty outdated: no drain cover in master bath and the opening looked gross) , kitchen cabinet door hinge off; drab, uncomfortable and dirty living room furniture; no bedside lamp in master bedroom and the one that apparently had been there was in the closet, busted… (we notified Vacasa the night of arrival and they assured us it would be replaced during our stay but it wasn’t.)
Room was nice. Staff was rude and unhelpful. The elevator situation is absolutely ridiculous, all day and all night. I read several reviews and saw where a lot of people feel the same. It is NOT just at peak times either. Then the stairs are not clearly marked either. I’m not sure how they get by without codes stepping in as it is definitely a fire hazard if anything were to happen.
Unfortunately I will never rent from this company y again, customer service started off great but once we were in the home it went to bad service with reps being rude if we messenger and then the local rep not filling through once I spoke with her. Just not a good experience
