Fantastic app!

By far the best relaxation app that I have tried...and I've tried quite a few. This app is intuitively easy to use, and the meditation programs it offers get me "in the zone" every time. Don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself!

Just wow

I was looking for a biofeedback app and also have been working on breathing meditations. This really helps focus the attention on the breathing in a very natural manner, reducing instances of wandering mind. I believe it will have a major impact on my meditation self training. Great job!

Great app!

Since I started using VaYou, my resting heart rate is down, my sleep scores are up, and my patience has never been better. It really helps me focus on my breath, something I’ve always had trouble being mindful about. Thanks, Lukas!

Worth every penny

I never review apps but this one is too good not to. Helps me relax in a short amount of time. The sessions are addictive so I actually look forward to meditating and always feel better afterwards. I’ve tried several meditation apps and some are better than others. This is my favorite so far. There are a couple of sessions that come with the purchase price and a few others you can buy in the app if you want them.

Incredible! I love it!

This app is incredible! I have autism and I’m trying to go off my Prozac so I wanted to download an app to help me start meditating. Today I was so anxious that I was nauseous and shaky. The first session was so nice I did a second one and after I felt not only calm, but happy and was smiling even. I’m going to start using this app at least once everyday!
