I like it. It shows times and what’s nearby. As long as you remember your login, it should be fine. Of course the actual ride leaves a lot to be desired but the app is perfectly fine.

Favorites

The app is unable to remove the routes that you no longer need in the favorites tab even though the heart is no longer red. Please provide a solution.

PURCHASE BUTTON NOT WORKING!!

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?? I went to purchase a $5 unlimited pass and the purchase button doesn’t work!! Get it together!! I was stranded twice downtown becuz the app wouldn’t recognized my valued balanced! Thank God the bus driver let me on after I showed him I had a balance!! VENTRA WHAT IS GOING ON? Don’t let me be stranded again tonight!

Can’t setup autopay on app

The confirmation button isn’t implemented correctly for iPhones without a home button. Please update buttons to work worth the home indicator bar. This pattern came out in 2017! I can’t tap the button.

Great when it works

When the app functions as it was intended/designed for, it’s great. Unfortunately, this app for a while has been plagued by bugs, glitches, crashes, and other failures. Sometimes the app will just “go down” for a day or two. I’ve also had happen a couple times where my ticket just won’t load. Terrible customer service too. Metra really outsourced their most important tool to an inconsistent company.
