Scooter Riding

Just a treat to get off bart and hop on the Veo to where I’m going. Bravo Veo!

Was taking a walk along the beach in Santa Monica and saw these bikes lined up. Extremely easy to load on your phone and to get going. Lots of fun will do it again.

Pretty fun but it is not that fast and it only goes 14 mph, battery goes out very quickly and it is not worth the cost honestly. Not trying to hate but very basic ride.

Horrible! None of the locks unlocked. Couldn’t use them at all. Would not recommend.

I recommend catching a ride on one of these if your hurry and missed the bus or just tired of walking super easy fun

We had a great time on the VEO scooters! Definitely fun at night when SA was lit up!!!

Break got stuck mid crosswalk and I couldn’t go. All was fine once unstuck

I tried to request a refund because it wouldn’t allow me to end my ride for about 30 seconds and at 36 cents a minute it matters. When I tried to request it, it asked to verify my email. I verified 4 times and it wouldn’t accept it. I doubt I’ll see my money back. If u can walk, just walk. The Veo isn’t worth it cuz when it stops working they’ll just assume u won’t care and keep using it. Prove em wrong.

I’ve been using Veo for a bit and overall it’s been below average. It is a 1/10 chance the pedal bikes will let you ride. Always broken or under maintenance and it’s ridiculously how long it takes for them to get fixed. The electric ones are okay but just as frustrating to get them to work and even more so to get them to end the ride. I’ve had to call customer service multiple times. I’m not a Karen just real and making sure yall don’t go through this horrid experience.
