How do I get money from sales completed on Tradesy? đ¤ˇââď¸
I may just start selling my own on my own. You all said that fees will be lower than Tradesy it does not appear to be maybe Iâm wrong. The posting of items is crazy takes too much time to keep going back to add because you think you have added. Redundant. My description area froze so I had to delete the app to possibly try and post again. Weâll see. Weird site overall. Make it simple for heavenâs sake. I miss Tradesy already. I didnât realize it was an only luxury brands app, so I decided to delete it, but other than that, I would recommend it to anyone looking for Luxury brands on sale. Also, they allow you do deactivate your account very easily if you decide you donât want an account anymore.
The new app has an awful chat function. Back in the days, I was able to open the âChat with usâ function and get connected to an agent right away. Nowadays, I wait hours to hear back and Iâm also not able to start new conversations to inquire about other orders. Significant downgrade in the customer service as a result, Iâm very disappointed.
This is a great app. It has a good selection of items. There are many negative reviews saying bad things about the scammers, but itâs like any other sales app. Be careful and examine the products before you buy, youâll have no problem. As for selling, itâs the easiest resale app in the world. You hook up your bank and youâre good to go. Iâve sold 2 items so far with no problems. The buyer is safe because they have 3 days to report an issue. I really love Vestiaiređ§Ąđ¤
Despite all the bad ratings, this is my first time buying from this app. I had no issues, got my item at a great price, shipped fast. It was still in brand new condition, with packaging and tags. Item looks even better in person, overall very happy.

This app needs a delete button for whenever we want to delete a fav item. Because even if u unlike the fav/ heart icon it still shows in favorites list.
Too much layers / pages that donât need to be there and brings you to the same thing. Ugh
For some reason the app has been acting up. Every time I try to log in it gives me an error message saying try again and when I try to log in with my email itâs keep saying no email was found..
I love the app and purchased many items from the website. But recently I run into a problem and wasnât able to rich-out to the customer service. The issue is that they stored my item after unsuccessful sale and now I canât get it back.

Vestiaire Collective has no customer service! Their phone number doesnât work, they almost never respond to emails and when they do, they send a generic response that has nothing to do with an issue.
Honestly a very nice app but I would make a few improvements. The first thing I would do is in the location I would add European Union. Also if they could do a bit more for the men section that would be great.

The app constantly crashes , when writing to a customer representative the language is often wrong , there needs to be an edit feature when doing descriptions.
Wouldâve spent so much money on it otherwise. First day couldnât add anything in cart. After 2 weeks it showed up in my cart but things are gone. And now I canât anything to my favorites. I gave up.
