Difficult to use

The app has only limited available tickets. Why is the 7-day MobiCard ("7-Tage-MobiCard") not available? Not tourist friendly. Can not purchase 7-day ticket without mailing address.

Deutschlandticket einfach verschwunden

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit diesem App aber jetzt ist mein Deutschlandticket einfach verschwunden aus dem App und ich versuche mit den Verantwortlichen Kontakt zu nehmen seit Tagen, niemand hilft! Sehr schlechte Customer Service!
