the best app iv had a problem i contacted viber they answered me very nicely and solved my problem within 10 minutes

I have problem in notifications ! Because didn’t show preview messages anytime in Lock Screen but I set it in show me preview when Lock Screen appearance ,I think the app have a bugs. Thank you for your attention

We pleased the result of viber free call & message however we face the some little inconvience when we update ios 16 I think your current version isnt compitable with ios 16 Could you do something to fix those?

It get stuck , it get too slow can’t see the online status can’t open the detail pls fix this 😩 this is one of the best app i am using please please 🙏 fix it please 😞

Even with the current pandemic, viber eliminates the dreadful abusive requirement of social distancing... so thank you for awesomely for this app tech that has been a great life enhancin

Can someone look in the backend at the privacy breach? I have been forcefully joined into the stock market or investment groups that I never signed up for or looked for. Some random people invited me to their groups.

If you like the ability to have people you don’t know add you to groups you don’t want and there’s no easy way to silence them or to stop them then go ahead and install Viber you’ll get exactly that. By default the developer set the option to “everyone” can add you to a group instead of contacts only. Judging other responses I had seen in these groups, the developer is completely out of touch.

Pls find a way to make online notification more noticeable rather than checking on the person chat. I wish Viber can have something like FB messenger where you can see someone active or an alert whenever someone is online!!! It’ll be perfect!!!

Been a user for over 5 years and it has been a reliable means to stay in touch via whatever means you want (voice,text or video), no matter whether the other person is iOS or Android. Works all over the world and is encrypted (who really knows who intercepts your electrons).

Can you make the voice recorder button one tap to start recording then one tap to stop like FB messenger? That would be great for trying to do it while driving.

My Viber froze after last update. I found Viber support email. I sent an email they replied very quickly. They resolved my issue. Very happy with Viber support. Great job!

Good app but it will kill your phone memory, if you want to clear Vibers cache you should fully remove app from you phone and install it again

For me Viber is the best messaging app. Need to have a way to share photo/movie album to be even better. I would make a video directly on Viber and save it in the cloud, it would be a dream.
