Is this not synced to your website? I kept on changing my passwords and none of it is accepted even though I successfully changed it. Now my account is temporarily locked zzz Update: my account was deleted and advised to creat an account using the same email. All points were credited to the new account.

i love the clothes they sell there but they apparently discontinued my only perfume i use, i don’t know why they discontinued cocopeach perfume at all, it was an amazing smelling perfume, the body oil cocopeach was decently ok but didn’t rlly give a good shimmery effect.

I enjoy shopping at Victoria’s Secret due to the high-quality products and fast shipping. However, the app itself leaves much to be desired. When I click on a notification and finally find the item I want, I am unable to select it. Instead, I have to refresh the app, remember where I left off, and find the item again. This is extremely inconvenient and disrupts what should be a seamless shopping experience. Please fix this issue to enhance the overall user experience.

I love Victoria secret and u wish I could go everyday but it’s kind of far from me so having the app makes it 100 times better thank you 😭🙏 for existing I LOVE YOU AND YOUR APP SO MUCH I will be shopping a lot on here and also wanted to say that you have the best products EVER your clothes are cute and your skin care products which I mean like perfume and and other stuff is sooooo good.

Victoria’s Secret is an amazing store I have went in just yesterday and the customer service was absolutely fantastic and the app is great, i went on the app and looked for what I needed and when I went in the store it was a great experience workers were incredibly knowledgeable friendly and helpful and their products are wonderful.

I’ve enjoyed having this app since it first became available. Besides the ease of shopping, the special offers and sneak peeks at my fingertips have been wonderful as a frequent shopper. However, l wish there was a way to disable the community feature completely. I don’t intend to hurt or shame anyone, but there are too many kink and fetish related posts and pictures. Maybe I misunderstood, but I didn’t think that was the purpose of the community feature. I’ve used the block and report features,

I love shopping at Victoria Secret, as a curvy girl they have the best options for me. But this app is terrible. You can’t update items in your cart, there’s no way to make a wishlist to save items you plan to purchase later, and I feel like there are items you can get on the website that you can’t get through the app!? But my biggest issue is no wishlist.

Whatever update came through yesterday has completely caused my app to be useless. I can’t log on to my account at all. I have tried to delete and start over but that is not working either. We can do better

Really upset I installed this update and didn’t just keep the old version. I hate how the items display when you are looking at it. So if you click on an item and look at it, the options for sizes and colors display is different. Absolutely abhor it and wish I could switch back to old display. It’s so irritating when an apps update makes the browsing experience worse.

Although I bought my 3 items from this app ( which I do love the store) but the app I think is the WORST, I have been cleaning and opening the app MANY TIMES for 3 hours so I could buy my things 🥺 it keeps freezing and getting stuck 😕 it should never be like this… please fix this problem 👏

When I tap Account > Pay my credit card, Face ID pops up and successfully auths however it doesn’t open the page to the credit card. It just stays there. Tapping again results in the same thing. I’m never actually taken to the credit card page. This is super annoying for those of us that use the app to pay
