I love this game and graphics! However, can and how do i cash out? The many game options are great.

But when I watch the ads for the 500 coins, I am not getting the coins. You owe me 1500.

I saw this game promoted to me, and being an avid enjoyer of video poker I decided to give it a try. Though the formula is no different than at a casino (or an arcade where I learned to love video poker), it’s refreshing to have this as an option given how rare video poker is nowadays. Plus the incentives for downloading for the free play is an added bonus. I hope to enjoy this game when I need that poker fix.

I play deuces joker poker. At random, the game does not add winnings from all winning hands. Frustrating. Been watching very carefully, and it’s true. Five of a kind a bad offender, but other hands as well. Needs fixing

Multi denomination. Multiple hands . Great graphics. Daily coin bonuses. Progressive jackpots always up for grabs, along with weekly challenges. Game play can be tight at times, but, according to the creators, it’s the real deal! Customer support is very easy to communicate with if you have a complaint.

Nice app. Noticed the more money you spend the worse the card hands get. Which doesn’t encourage someone to keep playing.

Please give an option to minimize the payout table so the cards can be bigger.

I’ve bought small chips packs before with no problem but today I tried to buy a $1.99 and it charged me $39.99, I have two factor purchases and I declined it, I tried again same thing. While they didn’t steal any money from me I’m for sure others are being scammed. Do not buy anything on this app, free is ok but they will start the scam! Stay away from purchases.

Although this game is fun, it goes back to the intro picture every now and then and the hand is lost. I wrote and was given some credit BUT after weeks it’s STILL NOT fixed. Will look for other video PokerGames!. I can’t get my prlze money from the last game.

They have way too much text on all the screens. They should make it more minimalistic.

I used to love this game but now I cannot play music or podcasts while it’s open. Please fix this so I can play more often
