OKAY
Good app, nice idea, why can't i have a screen wider than 50'?
Update is awesome!!!!!
Just exactly what I needed! Thank you!!!
Liked if but...
The app is great easy to use with the pages progressing to the right with more info. I used it to set up my projection system in my home theater, it's missing one thing though needs to have the size presets larger than 65". I was setting up my system in a room 18' deep. I had the WxH already to plug them in but having presets atleast up to 104" would be nice update eventually.
It does what it promise!
It works really well. I am a projector manufacturer and, when on the road, it helps tremendously for a calculation on the fly. Good Job!
If you could only save Projector models with attached profiles...
This is great!
This app is perfect for calculating how well a projector will preform or how bright a projector will need to be to work in a room. I was using an Excel spreadsheet in quick office but is was a pain to use. Thank you for making this app.
Great App
Used this for our event production company and it was a very useful tool
Good App but UI not optimised for OS8
Good App but UI not optimised for OS8.
The fonts are all the way to the sides of the screen. Not sure why.
The calculations are very good. I am not sure what is the difference between this app and the Sim2Calc though. This one does what I need. I needed to know given the size of my screen, what kind of throw, luminance and viewing distance are. It works nicely for what it says it does.
I use every day
This is the quickest way to get a screen dimension based on aspect ratio that I have found. If you need quick dims in the field then this is a great app to have in hand.
Suggestion for Update
I like the app. It would be helpful, within the luminance tab, to add an option for square footage of screen, that would calculate lumens of projector needed based on the square footage of the screen using industry standard variable based on room lighting.

Needs to have linked parameters
This app is cool for doing simple math, but it would be more useful to have the parameters on the different pages linked in some way so that you know what happens to the brightness when you change the screen size or throw distance.
