I had a problem with my Village GPS app. Took a chance and sent an email to them. Surprisingly they responded instantly and walked me through correcting my problem. Excellent customer service. Kudos! Thank you.

First, I’d like to thank the team at Villages GPS for their help in resolve an issue I was having with the app. Communications with them were very easy and the instructions that they gave me were easy to follow. They had me up and running in short order. I’ve used the app since 2018. It’s helped me navigate around the Villages with ease. Bought a house in Moultrie creek 6 weeks ago and still the villages gps doesn’t show this area! Can’t exactly take 470 to Sawgrass smh.

I was having trouble signing in after my first year. I contacted the office and within a few minutes they got back to me with a solution. I like the app it is detailed and easy to navigate. This would be great for those coming to The Villages for the first time.

I was having trouble with the app after purchasing a new phone. I emailed the Villages support team and the issue was resolved within 24 hours over the weekend! I appreciate the response time!

When will the update to route golf carts from Fenney to Sawgrass Grove via the Bexley bridge be available? This route currently routes drivers over the Water Lily bridge.

Why are there no directions to Southern Oaks and Shallow Creek golf courses?

We’ve been using this app since our first visit to The Villages. It really helped us learn to navigate the paths, shortcuts and roads with the golf cars with confidence.

Gives you all the information for golfing at either executive or championship Will also let you know what on it every rec center get eating establishments gas stations I couldn’t live without it in Villages. I don’t usually write reviews but this app has earned one from me. It has everything that you could possibly ever need to navigate around the world’s greatest retirement community. The app is fast, easy and intuitive. You can find any and every landmark or nook and cranny. A must have app if you want to navigate The Villages via golf cart.

Love the accuracy and explicit turn by turn instructions. Use the hybrid view as it helps equating real vs virtual surrounds

I bought the app in Dec of 2023 and hadn’t used it again until March 2024. At that time it was making me subscribe again. Ended up emailing villages gps support and had to subscribe again but got reimbursed thru Venmo right away. They are quick on that support, even on a weekend!!

The roads are in, and new neighborhoods being built; when are you going to update the map and GPS to these areas?

Nice upgrade from the Villages free app. And the support! Wow. Emailed an issue and had an answer in an hour. Super impressed.

If you live in The Villages this is a must have app! No other GPS is created to provide visual AND audio directions not only for car but for GolfCart. The GolfCart directions are Village’s specific including things like “go thru tunnel” that you won’t find anywhere. They also update regularly to include new Villages and amenities. It is an excellent application.

We live this App for our Golf Cart! Always dependable, easily gets us to Town Squares, Rec Centers and all points of interest in the villages!!

This was one of the first apps I downloaded when I moved here in 2019 and I still use it, even in my car, to get around cuz TV keeps getting bigger & my “up-to-date” auto GPS isn’t keeping up! Had a problem recently. I sent an email and w/in an hour or so, I has a response with a suggestion for fixing it. Turned out It was really tied to my app account - and not to the GPS app itself. Very happy with the app & the support!

I use this app all the time, I wouldn’t venture out as much without it, thank you for designing this!

Bexley bridge has been open for some tome now, still not showing on the app. Golf cart routes say they will take 2x longer than they actually take. (This has nothing to so with the golf cart speed, it just keeps rerouting and rerouting) Very frustrating app.
