Good deals, no hassle

I loved this app I was able to save a lot on my hotel booking and it was easy to do

No complaint—added basically one quick step (download app) to get a room 20% off compared to nearly every other service. App worked well and only took 2 pages to completion: clicking the hotel, putting in payment. Better than many websites.

The process was so simple and the prices available were far better than the other sites. I was booking a room for my daughter and her husband as a surprise for their date night and it even gives you an option to book and pay for someone else’s stay - will definitely use this site again!

They helped me find a great price in a hotel that have rooms up to 400 dollars for 200.

I often find the best deals going through Vio. It doesn’t hurt to also wait until last minute… oops!

I purchased a $750 hotel with a no refund policy. I had a death in the family and had to cancel. They helped cancel with full refund. Quite nice news during a truely awful week

Easy to use, very clear on cancellation fees, availability of Rooms ! No hidden agenda !! I appreciate that because BOOKING. Com has NONE of these qualities ! 10/10
