I had no race results

I think the App is great but yesterday I ran a 5K race I had an excellent signal I made my race Migros Run N Win, it did not mark anything and in the results I do not appear, I ran it while I was in Miami, I do not know if it is a problem of the app but it is frustrating and I repeat the signal was super good since my Polar measured the route and the kilometers perfectly as always

Suitable app

This app was required for the virtual charity run walk event I participated in. I like the big numerals and choice of values. I do find that iOS permission configuration confusing, I was asked to check the are you ready portion, and could not grant permissions until the app requested them. Very quick setup.
