So it looks clean. Setting up workouts is not hard, and I like that you can set time or reps However - that is where the good ends What is the most basic need in a dumbbell program? Probably tracking weight. I cannot seem to find it, but it is so fundamental I must be missing it. Also, there is no way to add your own exercises, so you cannot add something even as basic as push-ups or pull ups to your routine. A good foundation, but looking at the age of this app - if these basics have not
Helped me diversify my workout. Hitting different muscle groups.
If you're looking for an app that gives you the basics with how to instructions this is the app for you.
Love it!!! I use this app to workout during my breaks at my job.
This is just the app that I was looking for. Can't workout at gyms so I needed something for home workouts. Just what I need!
Great app when you need a quick workout!!!
I have no time for Gym, but these apps (VT's) leave me without excuses.
Many good exercises but only 2 workout routines supplied. Please add more whether they be full body or body part focused. Thanks.
I love the Tabata option. I can gain and lean out! The Tabata is a great filler in between heavy days and I can use it for rest weeks. Great program guys!
Never had the follow through with my home work outs, but with this it feels like a personal trainer is there pushing me. And I'm seeing great results.
Easy to use easy to set up hard to do but worth it
I am barely starting out to workout again but with a set of Dumbbells and this application, it becomes a real breeze.
Today was the first time using this app. Enjoyed it. Liked the customization. Hoping to build back some muscle!
First time using it, had a great workout. I didn't have to think about the next thing that I was doing. And I didn't have to worry that I was taking an excessive break. Great app!!!
I think this app is great for doing dumbbell workouts properly and recording them across other apps really helps me track my fitness.
I was looking for a dumbbell based workout to help me stay focused. Look no further than this app. It rocks.
Great, but Please support Apple Health
Love the simplicity and effectiveness of this. Keeps me active daily with No excuses! Thanks for this great App!
Really nice apps, got all I need
I am using the app for a whole body workout routine. It's easy to use and navigate. I recommend this app for beginners or those returning to weightlifting.
Use a bunch of the apps together to make workouts; all are terrific.
For someone that is out of shape, this is great to learn the basics and customize as needed.
Provided the structure and motivation I needed
Today was my first day but I loved it - built my own split body routines to mix with my running (trying to out Run Mother Nature ~ I'm old)! Anyway I loved the Tabata option!
Like a good coach; just trying to keep up. Can feel the pain but goes by quick
This is such a great free app. I do the exercises on my iPad as a watch tv. Soooo great!
It's a good app, but... - Voicing the next exercise would be helpful - Randomization would be helpful
I love this app. I hate going to the gym, but I love to workout. This app allows me to get a crazy, awesome workout in my living room. The exercises are well illustrated, and there are so many options. Great workout app, plan and simple!
Super friendly. Fun to work. Looking forward to expansions like different vocal trainers.
So easy to use at home or the gym!
This is my favorite workout app. I was sad to see it’s not on Apple TV yet. There are few dumbbell workout apps on there, and none as good as this one.
For the money I thought there would be more options for different exercises. I keep looking for another page of exercises. Like where are upright rows just to name one basic exercise?
Very basic exercises, should be free. Not worth $4.99
