While convenient, I had to do the exam like 6 times because the app kept saying I had significantly moved when I hadn’t moved an inch.

Had to take it three times because it was convinced I moved when I didn’t.

Pretty easy to do at home

Overall enjoy the option to do this at home. However the first time I took the test and was happy with my results, it then prompted me to log in, and after logging in it reset the test. When I took it again it told me I was in the right spot but after the test said I had “moved quite a bit” and had to retake it again. I had not moved.

Warby Parker is the optometrist for millennials! I had difficulty calibrating my distance but otherwise it was quick and efficient.

Process was really easy, but if I didn’t have a second phone for work (iPhone), I wouldn’t have been able to do this as I operate primarily on Android. Please make this more accessible for everyone.

I had to retake the test 5x because it said I kept moving closer! I was getting so angry because I wasn’t moving! Finally, I realized my dog was rolling around on the floor and it kept picking up his movements! So just a heads up put your animals in another room!

This app alone makes me a Warby customer for life. I dropped my glasses and scratched them, Warby made it so I could get an Rx without an annoying appointment or irritating up sells.

This app makes so much sense for those of us who aren’t experiencing vision changes.

Love that I can handle all of my vision needs from the comfort of my home and that someone in need will receive a pair of glasses.

Buggy authentication forced me to restart, buggy distance made me take it at 15 feet away. Just a poor UX overall.
