2FA takes forever and always getting logged out

I endabled 2FA (because they told me to) and it takes up to 5 minutes to receive the code. Not helpful if you’re trying to access the app when needed. And a few times they’ve told me the code is invalid. And the constant logging out (and disabling Face ID) is infuriating. Apps from major Banks don’t behave this way. Why does Visa have to? Also, enabling location services constantly gives the wrong airport. Annoying. At least they keep track of my lounge access accurately.
