Overall service plan is very affordable, and I get great service I really have no complaints what so ever to be honest!

Since updating to the newest version of visible mobile there is a glitch with Biometric login. The login works fine but when you sign out the Biometric login logs you back in again. Please fix. Using iPhone 15 pro max.

With the latest update the app just crashes, when larger text is enabled in settings.

Texts and emails days in advance to pay bill. Then I go pay and on the app it’s always something. Password don’t work can’t update or I’m logged out so I gotta deal with this to click one button to authorize payment. I think I’d be less peeved if I want hounded everyday to pay a $25 bill.

I don’t like looking down on any human being but I watch people & don’t understand why they haven’t switched to visible. Unlimited everything INCLUDING HOTSPOT…. What???? $25 a month for that & $35 for the stronger 5G plan. (Only wish I had better 5G in my area). Just a great company & very little dropped calls, buffering etc…. Thanks visible.

In the app once I sign in I can’t utilize any menus or links. They are all askew. Still love the product but the app is no longer usable.

Setting up a brand new eSIM on a new device on Wi-Fi its sending the 2FA to my email. problem is when you back out of the app for a second to copy and paste the code the app resets and you need it all over again. annoying bug. Additionally, once I set up FaceID why am i being PROMPTED AGAIN for 2fa. App should integrate passkeys.
