Great app for medical students

Review

I don’t usually put a review but this app deserves one. Visualmed has been a great resource for me, As a surgical resident i don’t get alot of time to look at the latest research developments, and maintaining attention to read extensive research papers has always been a tough job for me. Visualmed has made life alot easier for me, i can just glance on the screen, look at the digital poster and get all the useful information an article has to offer. Helped me to stay up to date and always add inf

A Must have App for Physicians!

This app is one of the most useful finds ever! Although it requires a subscription but its totally worth it. I get notification of new trials as they get published and the visual summaries are amazing! Can’t recommend this enough!

Amazing and relevant

This is the direction that medical learning needs to go towards: makes research easy to digest and fast to review esp for doctors who have no time

Excellent learning resource

Great learning resource. Snapshots of important trials, infographic synopsis, ability to book mark trials for quick reference.

Download it now!!

This app has been very helpful for me both in my medical training and also as an attending. It is so helpful having major trials available for review in a systematic concise way. It has improved the care I deliver for patients and I can’t recommend this app enough!

Makes complex studies accessible to anyone

Fantastic app. Makes complex information easily accessible and widely available for free.

Super helpful App

This app is absolutely amazing. Allows you to quickly reference conclusions of a study in a time efficient manner as well. Allows you to search topics, favorite studies you will reference continuously, search by topics within your specialty. An amazing resource that will change how you practice!

Helps me stay up to date

I’d recommend.

Efficient and Educational

I love this app! It gives quick and efficient information on the latest trails. Highly recommend!

Great App!

What a great app! Amazing easy resource for reviewing trials!

Great app for any physician. Attendings and residents.

This app is amazing.

Greatest tool for dumb clinicians like me!

Visual Med helps me cut through all the nonsense and gets to the bottom of a study. The visuals help me understand things at a glance, too, which is just great.

Perfect

Very efficient way to keep you updated regardless of your level. It works great for med students, residents, fellows and attendings. I truly enjoyed the smooth design of the articles, it combines the simplicity and efficiency.

Internal Medicine resident antidote to PIMPing

This is a wonderful app for the floors and the units. To brush up on key trials (sometime sneakily under cover) during rounds!! Fantastic concept. Imagine a TLDR version of journal club

Fixed and improved!

Apparently there was a glitch in January when only cardiology was accessible, but that is fixed. Everything I looked at was well done. The infographics are remarkable. (The developers might do well to respond to the comments from people who had problems, inviting them to update… So they can revise their ratings.)

Amazing!!

This is by far one of the greatest app i have seen. It is to the point with user friendly presentation of the trial data that is relevant!!

Great simple resource when a study is mentioned

Love this, I can find quick info on size, and dose used when a study is mentioned by an instructor or in an article. I show all my students this reference.

Good App but a moneygrab

For this that have been using this App for years, we paid 6$ and had full access. Then they removed the cost for a few years and proclaimed they wanted to support free education, but now switch to subscription based. This is such an unfortunate money grab. They should refund those that supported so long ago or Grandfather them into full coverage. The content is good, sad they went this direction.

App Crashes

I’ve seen this app on my friends phone and it’s amazing! Useful during journal clubs or on rotations. I tried to download it and it keeps crashing when I attempt to open it. Please fix this

Now a subscription :(

Absolutely loved this app until it now has you subscribe. I guess I’ll go back to my hospital’s resources (aka subscriptions I get for free)
