It’s nice to now have access to the facility for many positions now- that is a huge plus as an update. It would be nice to have a “favorites” option and either have one folder to go back to favorites or the ability to save multiple jobs in several organized folders.

The only change I would make is to have a centralized area to review the jobs you’ve already applied to, even without outreach from the recruiter.

Vivian has helped me explore numerous job opportunities as well as set me up with an amazing recruiter named Morgan from Voca Healthcare! She has worked continuously to make sure I’m starting my travel career off on the right foot, as well as being accessible whenever I may need! I highly recommend!

Some agency’s list the hospital and some don’t. Also with I could favorite jobs and message recruiters with questions without hitting apply but love how you can compare rates.

I’ve gotten all of my assignments from Vivian and the reward program is great. I’ve had some great recruiters throughout my process, which have gone above. I recommend this app.

Unable to tell when you have shown interest in a job so accidentally you select the same job 3 times. And post are not always up to date on availability

Their should be a option to remove old messages. Also, I think the agencies and recruiters should be vetted better. Most times I keep encountering recruiters who just want you to set up a profile but really have no contracts.

Great platform to post jobs and find candidates. Sometimes I get delayed notifications and issues with the notifications clearing, but that’s about it. Support is very responsive and friendly. Been using Vivian for almost a year now and couldn’t imagine recruiting without it!

I like the concept of this app however, it needs work. I get repeated notifications for the same contracts, including ones I have already applied for. Additionally, for some that have been closed for weeks. Most job postings do not include specifics, ie; CVOR. It would save so much applicant and recruiter time if these items could be corrected.
