First time trip on Volaris

Not only is it a great price for airline tickets but a lot of flights to pick. Am definitely going to be flying Volaris in the future and definitely will be recommending to friends and family . Am very happy and excited for my upcoming journey. Thanks again

A bit confusing when checking in

At the moment of checking in. It did not display the space for email addresses nor did not show any signs to add it. After several attempts I went and included the email address and after 25 minutes it was completed. Volaris you used to be forward thinking now you are navigating mediocrity all the way.
