Playback of matches and intermittently stops for a few seconds; very annoying. This doesn’t happen with other streaming services we use so I must assume the problem is at their end. In addition, they have no means of contacting customer service. Another annoyance is playback shows how long the match lasted, so after watching a set or two, you can tell who won the match.

THANK YOU for correctly labelling regular season games this year and adding new English commentators!! My only request is please include the local commentary where the game is being played, not only English. I watch Japan SVL regularly and some games don’t have English commentary, but the broadcast shows there should be a Japanese commentator. The Italian Serie A has an option to play Italian commentary when there is no English commentary, but this option is not available for Japan. Also - THANK

On Apple TV, please update the app to: - replace the onscreen forward button with the physical forward button that’s already on the Apple TV remote! Don’t make sense to have the user navigate to an onscreen forward button then tap when there is already a forward button on the remote. - 30 seconds of forward and rewind is too much. If you forward 30 seconds, you’ve missed the next play! Reduce it to 10, maybe 15 seconds max. Do you guys even try using the app?! If you do, you’ll find 30 second

I love VBTV but I wish they had an app that I could use to watch it directly from my TV through Amazon or something like that. I’m tired of having to screen mirror my phone or laptop to watch the matches on the tv

The 2025 season of VNL continuously buffered on live matches and replays. It made for some very frustrating instances trying to watch. Not to mention the augmented reality overlay that glitched over players and the floor. The “decals” on the floor would glitch through players jerseys.

I am having so many challenges. I have 3 devices, my cell phone, my Ipad, and my android TV. recently it keeps coming up as pick your plan even though I already have a plan. and Ive been paying for 2 plans because I didn’t realize I had 2. It’s a bummer when you want to watch a game, and it wont let you. It’s just so glitchy compared to most apps. while I totally appreciate the coverage, cause AVP coverage is worse. I wish you could update your app. and make it work.

This app is great until you need any help. I have had a subscription for a couple of years but have lost access to my login info. I have tried multiple times to email their “help” address and gotten no response. However I am absolutely still being charged for their services. I will likely be contacting my financial institution to dispute these charges now since I can’t get help and can’t login to watch. Really disappointed in what was a great app.

I have subscribed to an annual pass, and it is super annoying when the app keeps only playing the game briefly and having me out saying I am not subscribed. When I clicked on restore the package, it would have the message saying I am subscribed already.. and the process repeat.

I’d pay for premium subscription to watch VNL, and won’t let me watch any game after a week. This happened before and so distracting I try to reach Customer service with no response at all I don’t even think they have one.

This app is great for watching volleyball. However it logs you out several times a day. Including in the middle of watching matches. It just suddenly kicks you out. Otherwise it’s great for watching volleyball.
