This is why web apps are bad
Everyone talks about webapps being the future. Anyone saying this is a bozo. Vueling is a great example of web script kiddies trying to make an app. Wonky behavior, can’t remember passenger details, payment always returns “communication server error. Pending” even though it went through (and you have to kill and restart the app to ensure you didn’t get screwed). I can go on, but hey Vueling maybe spend some money on real developers to develop a real app and not cheap out on code monkeys

App is useless for any non-standard case
I’m booking a flight for 2 ppl. Outgoing flight i pick one random seat and one Space seat to get 1 cabin trolley in addition to 2 backpacks with that Space package. On the return flight if i don’t pick a Space seat and there’s no way to purchase extra cabin trolley. Why??
It is possible through booking.com though, same airline. Lol
