I found a great pharmacy, the people at the windows are stable and the pharmacy department is excellent. Like anything it pays to monitor your Rx needs online and stay on top of the situation.

Rebecca has exceptional customer service skills! She made my experience at the store amazing, she was patient and very very helpful and knowledgeable about printing photos and working with the app.

app barely works, but it shows what i need

I came to Walgrens photo department to print a banner for my daughters XV, and for some reason I couldn’t figure out how Kara came and asked me if I need help, she helped me with all the steps to print my banner Very nice lady and excellent customer service Hilda

Service is warm. Pickup policy and procedures are protective to the customer’s health,security and confidentialit.

I’v been an avid photographer in my family for years, have to credit my Grandfather for passing the passion on to me. So happy to still have the option of making hard copies of photos for family members. Integrate Apple Wallet or Apple Pay. Don’t make us enter our credit card details manually. It took me three times before I got them right. And don’t use some unknown third-party payment services. Not inspiring trust.

Walgreens definitely makes ordering and refilling my prescriptions so easy. They are always filled on time and if there is ever a problem, the pharmacy calls immediately and lets me know while quickly finding a resolution.

Love the ease of the photo app!!!

It’s a good app, although sometimes I am experiencing some problems with it, such as : to go back to the previous page. An arrow at the top left corner is not working and I have to close the entire application and then sign in again just to view the previous page. In addition to that there is not available option to edit the prescription (like to manage refill, or delay it’s processing etc), although it’s says that it’s possible to edit it. So there are obviously bugs or something that needs to

Maneuvering around the website needs a lot of effort. It doesn’t feel like the webmaster was professional. Really bad website design.

I have used Walgreens over 20+ yrs. The Pharmacist & Techs are the best always. Most of all, I feel safe. There’s never been a time that I’ve had questions or concerns that were not addressed to my satisfaction. As a nurse, I feel that’s important whether I’m right around the corner or in another state. I really appreciate Walgreens!

I had a wonderful fabulous young man named ken He could not have been more help than he was and this is the Walgreens by the way in Boynton Beach on military and Woolbright he was wonderful and I’m so glad I can write this about him. He was so much help to me trying to make pictures which I had no idea what I was doing and he was great. I mean he just had to help me and I can’t say enough about him. Ive had multiple photo prints vrom my iPad sent to Walgreens. Always ready fir pickup and nice job onnthe prints.

How difficult would it be to make it so you can sort stuff as if it’s in stock or not? Extremely frustrating experience if you just want to browse…

It frustrates me when I take the time to review an order with a Walgreens employee on the phone and a week later the order is different

App owner filters reviews identifying concerns over country of origin of drugs as advertised. For example drug advertised as manufactured in one country when sold is actually made in another which has history of contamination issues including for different formulation of that specific drug. Review submitted to warn other consumers was not posted.

I have NEVER been able to use this app without it glitching in some way. It has randomly stopped working, will freeze up, or simply not do what I request (basic things like hiding old prescriptions) and say it’s encountered an error and I should contact them. Mostly I try to avoid this app and only use it when I have to; you’d think at this point in time a decent, working app would be out there.
