I had a wonderful fabulous young man named ken He could not have been more help than he was and this is the Walgreens by the way in Boynton Beach on military and Woolbright he was wonderful and I’m so glad I can write this about him. He was so much help to me trying to make pictures which I had no idea what I was doing and he was great. I mean he just had to help me and I can’t say enough about him. Ive had multiple photo prints vrom my iPad sent to Walgreens. Always ready fir pickup and nice job onnthe prints.

Miscounted pills (too few), late notification, prescription out of stock, no notification, missed notification from Physician’s office

Devs should find a way around this

I was told that I could not print a photo (same day) I spoke with the manager (Melanie). She was very kind and I just needed one for an emergency. She made it happen! Thank you so much!

Service in store is good. When calling in, you can sometimes be on hold for an hour. Drive through can also, be a wait sometimes up to 15 minutes. Marcia Stannard

Your system does not support people who don’t pick up at the same place. I can’t have anything on auto renewal because it does not allow me to change locations.

I am always surprised at how fast they get my order delivered!! Well worth a $10.00 tip!!!

I used to like the Walgreens app. However recently I’ve been not able to log in my Walgreens account. I was trying to schedule some vaccination appointments via the app and realized however I tried the login button just wouldn’t respond. This made it impossible for me to check my past vaccination records, prescriptions and so on. Hope the problem can be fixed soon.

I find the website difficult to maneuver. Even using the app, I sometimes am denied access. Trying to place an order, I find it difficult to locate products or scroll through products. I find such difficulties with the app for both iPhone and iPad that I sometimes avoid using it and try a different site.

This app needs an update asap: the Wallet option have problems.

When I order Rx refills and select ship to my house, most of the time they get stuck in “Ready to Ship” and I have to call the pharmacy and tell them to mail them. Kind of defeats the whole app experience.

This app is so easy to use all of my prescriptions in one place and the photos are so easy to order and navigate! So glad I switched pharmacies

When is the app going to bring back integration to Apple Wallet? I realize that Walgreens changed their rewards program. But I would rather scan my app then broadcast my phone number for all to hear.

Easy to use, but would not allow the application of the 25% discount.

The app is great. The store not so much. If the app wasn’t so good I’d switch pharmacies. The wait times in the drive through are terrible.
