Walmart Grocery Shopping App Reviews

It’s nearly perfect, but...We need to be able to change items on our order to “no substitution” if we forget to when first entering an order. I also don’t see the option when adding to my order. Please address this!

Please add more functions than food cards

I get a Walmart app update yesterday saying that grocery shopping is now in the app. I assumed this app would go away. Now it’s updated. Someone want to fill me in?

Loved the app. But anymore I cannot add items to my existing order. Very upsetting

When you go back to your order to add items there is NO way to choose whether to allow substitutions on the items you want to add. NO way on the added items. NO WAY

Please fix app so I have the option to uncheck “Allow Substitutions” option on subsequent changes to order. That option only exists for the initial order.

How do companies still make apps that don’t rotate is beyond me??? Other than that, the app is ok. I have to use the web browser to get it landscape.

What happened? Can’t add items or edit my existing order anymore. The app used to work wonderfully until the most recent update

I can’t add items to my existing cart. It keeps saying “please wait a few minutes before adding”

When I get a notification that an item is out of stock, it takes me to the order but doesn’t show me what’s out of stock. Checking in when on the way to pick up no longer works.

The app works fine, but when I get a notice that I have substitutions and try to view them, it won’t show them to me. Annoying.

A girl named Sarah just brought our groceries to the car at the 157 store in Cullman and she was most courteous and helpful!

New update took away ability to add items from previous order directly to cart. Really disappointed; was one of the best features

Would rate higher if it worked like it use too now half way they doing shopping it erases the order take five time just to get half of what u wanted if they would fix it would give it five stars

I really love this service offered by Walmart. I have been using it after my surgery and it works out great for my family. It is s great time saver. I would most definitely recommend it to all my friends.

The app is always having issues loading my favorites. Super annoying.

I love online grocery. It is so much easier than fighting through the store. My issue is that half the stuff I can find in store, doesn’t show up on the app. And my favorites section doesn’t load half the time which is frustrating.

I absolutely LOVE the app, but recently, it’s not loading most of my frequently purchased “favorites”. Hope the issue can be fixed soon. Other than that, 10/10 recommend “Pick Up”!

I love being able to place an online order and pull up and have my bags put in the car no long lines fast service I love it

This is the second time using the app. Both times I keep getting the message, “Please wait a few minutes before making another change to your order”. I haven’t been able to make any changes and have been waiting for days.

App is ok. Use to be helpful when it gave exact in store location. But don’t see that anymore :(

Every time I use this app it has problems. Will not add shopping cart items to order or update order. Some times will not let you check in when order is ready. Not impressed.

Nice update to fix bugs.Current orders are not showing in details so you can’t edit or add.. It’s just blank. Other bugs as well! If it works it’s good!

Why not enable landscape mode for iPad!

This app does not allow the user to put notes on the selection of things like produce. For example, my husband likes green bananas. We got a batch of very ripe bananas. The app needs to be much more flexible for the user.

iPhone 6plus. I can order but it won't let me check in. Annoying.

SUPER glitchy lately! Won’t let me review my current order today or add to an existing order. Also the last 2 times it just tells me they are out of my substitutions and not that they are my substitutions.

When I use the app and look in my favorite items, half of the spots show up as empty boxes that did not load.
