Well, I like the app so I don’t have to use coins. That part is useful and it tells you when your laundry is up but it does not tell you if a machine is in use or not. It always says the machines are available even if they’re not.

Using the phone app is more convenient Love it!

The prices are perfect but I’m putting 4 stars because they need to be completely locked when it’s washing clothes so no one can steal them

This app is good for trade school students.

It’s very frustrating now. That the dryer app will not work! It’s very hard to get quarters. If you have this app option to pay IT NEEDS TO WORK!!!

The app is buggy. Changing which card to use needs to be done through their website. Which is inconvenient.

World very well and very convenient

Paying and reloading are easy. That’s the extent of the functionality. The “cycle complete” notification is just a timer that is not connected to the machine. There’s usually about 5 minutes left when the timer timer goes off. Features that would make it 5stars: 1 the option to check availability of the machines instead of walking down for a visual check. 2 Accurate updates when the cycle is complete (not a basic timer). 3 there’s only 3 machines in my complex, so maintenance notifications w

I am giving you guys a 2 for your Extending time because you can only do 25 cents at a time I went through every video and even tried to contact with no luck! Despite the dryers being new, you need to be mindful they are in a apartment complex their use is far greater than any residential and the heat may not always be at the hottest capacity (I am not a overloader btw lol) If that could get resolved since your company has been here I would have definitely 5 stars you! I HATE how extra time o
