I really enjoy using Wash Connect

It’s better than hauling around a bunch of quarters. Like how my iPhone and the app made it simple for first time users. I love how it tracks the time for me

lately ive had the app forget my CC and make me go home and find it to enter manually because it doesn’t accept CC autofill. it also has been consistently hanging up at start just spinning its wheels while i wonder whether to close it and start over, which doesn’t work - just waiting seems to be the best strategy. i don’t dare to delete it and reinstall as im afraid of having to start all over again.

This is a mostly app., It almost always works really well. Today, a machine didn’t start😕, even though I had funds and did everything right. Good thing another machine was available and I had more funds

Well, I like the app so I don’t have to use coins. That part is useful and it tells you when your laundry is up but it does not tell you if a machine is in use or not. It always says the machines are available even if they’re not.

Using the phone app is more convenient Love it!

The prices are perfect but I’m putting 4 stars because they need to be completely locked when it’s washing clothes so no one can steal them

This app is good for trade school students.

It’s very frustrating now. That the dryer app will not work! It’s very hard to get quarters. If you have this app option to pay IT NEEDS TO WORK!!!

The app is buggy. Changing which card to use needs to be done through their website. Which is inconvenient.

The app has always been awesome but right now when the review came up i kept the button pressed and it charged me twice

World very well and very convenient

Paying and reloading are easy. That’s the extent of the functionality. The “cycle complete” notification is just a timer that is not connected to the machine. There’s usually about 5 minutes left when the timer timer goes off. Features that would make it 5stars: 1 the option to check availability of the machines instead of walking down for a visual check. 2 Accurate updates when the cycle is complete (not a basic timer). 3 there’s only 3 machines in my complex, so maintenance notifications w

I am giving you guys a 2 for your Extending time because you can only do 25 cents at a time I went through every video and even tried to contact with no luck! Despite the dryers being new, you need to be mindful they are in a apartment complex their use is far greater than any residential and the heat may not always be at the hottest capacity (I am not a overloader btw lol) If that could get resolved since your company has been here I would have definitely 5 stars you! I HATE how extra time o
