9 Positive User Reviews for Washington Post

Fair

Easy enough to navigate, but doesn't work with iOS Newsstand app. Also, all video pieces, even short ones, require one to watch an ad. Shouldn't a paid subscription allow a person to skip these sooner? Otherwise, the journalism is okay, but for the editorial page. I’m okay with it moving to the right politically, but the quality of the argumentation is fair at best. George Will sets the standard that others should follow in this regard.

Love the reporting, hate what Bezos is doing to it and to editorials

Democracy is dying in the darkness of Bezos’ kissing Trump’s ring

Great

Dislike Besos but love the Post!

Seriously flawed, but I won’t give up on it yet

The corruption within the head of the organization is real, but there’s still news available here and for that I’ll remain a paying subscriber.

Solid Ux

Just wish they did a better job of retaining writers

Generally good

This is a pretty good App. However, I’d like to be able to increase the font size beyond what is currently possible. In addition, one of the journalists I follow has left the Post and there is no obvious way to remove him from the list of who I follow in the App.

Kudos for the print edition

I’m glad to be able to read a replica of the print edition. Not every news app includes this. It adds to the enjoyment significantly.

Not perfect but good

My email gets so many feeds from The Washington Post, that I have to delete many without reading and often the same article arrives with only a little change from the article I just read. If I read all of the feeds, I will not have time in my day to do anything else. I need to do things besides spending all day reading the Post. But the writing is good and informative. It is hard to pull away from my computer but my life is not all sitting.

Opinion writers

The Best! Jennifer Rubin! I might be found on ‘Desolation Row’ if not for the amazing Alexandra Petri.
