The easiest app and walkthrough, I slept like a baby too

The WatchPAT app made my home sleep test unbelievably easy. The setup was simple, the instructions were clear, and the whole process felt effortless from start to finish. Fast results, intuitive design, and zero hassle. Hands down the best sleep test experience ever!

App includes a quick guide + video, FAQs and a lot of helpful troubleshooting tips! If you’re required to enter a PIN code, you need to contact whoever initialized the device for you!

I found the app easy to use. It didn’t have a lot of bugs and it looked pretty decent.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. It worked well for me. Really easy and straight forward… idk why everyone complained about the finger piece either. It was fine, not even slightly uncomfortable for me. I’m glad I did the test. Just waiting on results now

Easy test works great!

Worked without a hitch for me. I restarted the phone before using it, just in case. In Settings -> WatchPat One, Document Storage showed iCloud Drive. So I freed up some space in my iCloud, just to make sure. I allowed all notifications from the app and left it open in the foreground all night. Don’t forget to hit complete in the morning.

The set-up and everything with the sensors and the app went fine, but I had a bad night and couldn't sleep at all. For awhile I tried to find some way to cancel the test within the app so I could re-do it another night but the app just forces you to send in your results no matter what. I tried to quickly delete the app when it got to the screen saying my results were being sent in, but I later got a text saying my results were received. Now I'm not sure if I can take the test again.

After seeing 2.5 stars reviews, I was expecting the sleep test to be a pain to set up. On the contrary, it couldn’t have been simpler and more flawless. No fiddling required, clear instructions, seamless pairing, immediate text confirmation after ending test that the results will be reviewed in 24-48 hrs.

I read all the bad reviews before using this product. I will admit, I was very skeptical about using the devices based on what I read. It wasn’t that bad of an experience. The finger probe was a little tight, but it has to be to remain on your finger. That’s common sense!!! My ring size is 8.5 and I put it on my index finger. I didn’t have any issues sleeping through the night. You can use your camera to open apps and you have cookie options. You don’t have to let them see your photos as I read

Not a huge thing, but I was a little disappointed in that after getting ready for bed and setting up the device the app told me the battery supplied with the monitor was dead. My bedtime plans did not include searching the house for a fresh AAA battery. Please note that the instructions mention you can throw the device away when you’re done with it. There is an way described in the paperwork to get a free return mailing label to send it back to the manufacturer. Much “greener” option over tos

I read the reviews when downloading the app. The process was simple, my finger did hurt, no errors and just totally easy. I have not got results yet but expect that should be smooth sailing.

I’m guessing most people would only write reviews for this if they experiencing problems since the app never actually solicited for reviews. I used this for my home sleep apnea test as with everyone else. The app downloaded with the link my provider gave and I had no issues the night of pairing the device was easy. Instructions were simple to follow. The device didn’t bother me all that much and I was able to sleep mostly a normal night. It did it’s job and I would recommend the brand for sure

The instructions on how to get the PIN number are very unclear and if you enter a wrong pin (while trying to figure out which numbers to enter) then it locks you out.

Unfortunately the app doesn’t allow one to go back and change responses. How does one correct mistakes?

Horrible experience not able to get device recognized

The O2 monitor that goes on the finger was waking me up multiple times through the night because of the tight squeezing/adhesive burning sensation. Very uncomfortable to use. My finger was still sore the next morning.

I wore it for 7.5 hours and actually slept pretty good with it. I got the report saying it was sent to my provider and that everything was good and I pulled the battery. My provider says they didn’t get it and want to charge me $100 for not completing the test.

Could not complete upload, watch will not stay connected. They make the sensors simple and easy to use and thats a plus but app usability is garbage. No help, no instruction for when things go wrong. Had to call the help line to get manual affirmation of data received. Baaaad!
