I've ordered all kinds of items from Wayfair and have never been disappointed. I have bar stools under my barn which was my first purchase over 10 years ago! They still look great! All the items have been a good quality no complaints about anything !

I love Wayfair!

I love this app, but it really bothers me that, when looking at different color options, the picture doesn’t toggle so I know what product color I could be buying. The app used to do that, why does it not anymore? I updated it, still nothing!

I was convinced years ago that Wayfair has top quality products, great prices and the best customer service. I have enjoyed every product I have ever purchased.

This shelf is just what I had been looking for that will fit in a small bathroom.

I have had the pleasure of calling Wayfair on 3 seperate occasions. Not only does a REAL person answer, but the call is picked up before the third ring! I spoke with Leslie this morning and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The selection of items is unbelievable compared to what is available locally. The descriptions are generally very accurate. I also like to reference the reviews that have personal pictures. When I have ordered things that didn’t work for me I find the customer service to be top notch. It is so much easier to shop in comfort and easily do research.

Bought 2 lovely mirrors - one did arrive broken but was replaced quickly with just a picture of the broken item. Replacement arrived perfect condition. Unfortunately the other one I bought and have had above my fireplace since November just fell and shattered. Heartbroken - just ordered a new one.

I love their customer service they helped me many time and it is easy to talk to them and you will get you solution fast.

I love Wayfair. They have a huge selection, excellent prices and a quick delivery. What more could you ask for?

Nice company and products but there were different situations that the orders arrives damaged and customer service is bad without providing any solution.

The app is easy to use and has so much variety of items!

I wish there were different angles of images so I have a better idea of what I am purchasing. Not several images of the same stack of towels. I feel I am taking a chance by purchasing them.

I do not know why, but it took about six attempts for me to place the order. I called the service department and they were going to call me back after a 10 minute wait. I got let’s just try to send everything. Seems like it’s a go through after waiting five minutes I hit submit order and then it says water. In the end. It worked out question. I’m gonna try entering in the information. Thank you.

I recently purchase two rugs and I’m satisfied with the quality and style added to my home! Luxury pieces and affordable prices, who could ask for more than that!

Wayfair app is too slow compared to other shopping websites.

We’ve ordered through Wayfair several times and it never disappoints. Fair prices and a huge selection. I’m a fairly handy guy and haven’t had a problem with set up on anything but it does seem kind of tricky for someone with no experience in that kind of stuff.

Overall great. Found what I needed. At times there were scrolling issues and some freezing.
