I have had the pleasure of calling Wayfair on 3 seperate occasions. Not only does a REAL person answer, but the call is picked up before the third ring! I spoke with Leslie this morning and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I have always been happy with any purchase I’ve made with Wayfair and their Customer Service Representatives are the best!

The selection of items is unbelievable compared to what is available locally. The descriptions are generally very accurate. I also like to reference the reviews that have personal pictures. When I have ordered things that didn’t work for me I find the customer service to be top notch. It is so much easier to shop in comfort and easily do research.

Bought 2 lovely mirrors - one did arrive broken but was replaced quickly with just a picture of the broken item. Replacement arrived perfect condition. Unfortunately the other one I bought and have had above my fireplace since November just fell and shattered. Heartbroken - just ordered a new one.

I love their customer service they helped me many time and it is easy to talk to them and you will get you solution fast.

Just ordered. But have ordered other things before and have been happy!!! Just one problem, I just moved to a new address and couldn't put my new delivery address down??? It will go to my daughter so I'll get it. Just ordered a chiming clock. Have ordered several other things from Wayfair. Have liked all of them. Love to look through all. Nice company and products but there were different situations that the orders arrives damaged and customer service is bad without providing any solution.

The app is easy to use and has so much variety of items!

I wish there were different angles of images so I have a better idea of what I am purchasing. Not several images of the same stack of towels. I feel I am taking a chance by purchasing them.

I do not know why, but it took about six attempts for me to place the order. I called the service department and they were going to call me back after a 10 minute wait. I got let’s just try to send everything. Seems like it’s a go through after waiting five minutes I hit submit order and then it says water. In the end. It worked out question. I’m gonna try entering in the information. Thank you.

I recently purchase two rugs and I’m satisfied with the quality and style added to my home! Luxury pieces and affordable prices, who could ask for more than that!

Wayfair app is too slow compared to other shopping websites.

We’ve ordered through Wayfair several times and it never disappoints. Fair prices and a huge selection. I’m a fairly handy guy and haven’t had a problem with set up on anything but it does seem kind of tricky for someone with no experience in that kind of stuff.

Overall great. Found what I needed. At times there were scrolling issues and some freezing.

First off, service making assessment of suspicious bot activity is ruining customer experience. If this is reCAPTCHA, our company can help with it. Also, customers use the app for long periods and this causes the performance of the app to deteriorate. You might want to check if there’s something that needs to be freed up on behalf of the user. Other than that, great finds and love the algo on providing similar products.

I absolutely love shopping on here. I find absolutely everything I need for great prices and fast delivery. Great selection of items to choose from. I will definitely recommend this to everyone. Thank you Wayfair for making my life so much easier, with physical disabilities it’s not always easy getting items home on my own.
