On time, clean car, smooth ride, no talking, no tipping. In other words, no emotional complications. It’s everything that Uber was 10 years ago before it all changed. Loving these Waymo rides.

I decided to take Waymo with 2 visitors from the UK for the experience. It was a great trip from Sansome Street to Daly City.

I’m slightly apprehensive about sharing location details knowing Google’s less than perfect reputation on privacy. However, after taking a few rides, I’m impressed with how well designed and helpful the app is. Now that the live activities feature has been added, I can confidently give the app a five star review. Seeing live updates of the arrival time in the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen is so helpful. The final thing I’ll add is that riding in the Waymo car itself is an amazing experience

We enjoyed our trip, however the pickup was a very small distance from where we were waiting. We didn’t originally know to check the location. Else it was outstanding!

I have to say that my first Waymo ride, I felt it was safer than a human driver and incredibly frictionless across all aspects. My new mode of transportation.

It was an amazing experience… loved it the whole ride. Even had to wave at an elderly couple and they asked me if I was ok 😂

Waymo is a fantastic option! I Take them at least once a week. I love the experience and 95% of the time the rides are absolutely perfect. 5% of the time could use a smidge of adjustment but still just fine.

Way(mo) better than Uber or Lyft! The future is here. Super smooth and enjoyable.

The way to go!!

Love using Waymo in SF. Super safe travels each time. Doesn’t cancel on you, always clean, and the added features that warn you when a car or motorcycle is approaching when you are exiting the car, that saved me a few times! Can wait for Waymo to be everywhere. God speed :)

After using Waymo a few times, I found it really easy to use the app and a great experience in the car. Such a wonderful service and a good value.

The transition from skeptic to believer is never easy, but my first ride went seamless. It was smooth and felt safe. Will be trying it again.

I intentionally gave myself lots of time and glad I did. After two cars cancelled, the third showed and worked great. Now I’ll need to be sure the charges for the first two cars don’t clear. Other than that, the entire experience was cool and easy.

Such a cool and fun way to travel! These guys know how to create a great experience.

Like a horse heading home, it took a path and proceeded with caution. Made it after a struggle with seat belts. Scary at first, Funny when I look back at it!

I’ve used this app to take my first Waymo trip and it was very pleasant & accurate. The ride offers a wide variety of music or you can choose to use your own music via Google. I would recommend this app if you are really not feeling in the mood to drive, be a passenger for once.

I greatly recommend it to everyone. It is just so fascinating and innovative to experience technology ay it’s best. It is accurate and comfortable and it makes you feel so safe

It’s a different experience. No driver, no gas, cost 4x the amount of a Lyft or Uber. Not worth it.

I signed up w my google work email 4 months ago and am getting “account unavailable.” Forced to sign up with personal email and start the waiting game all over again. Wasted 4 months 🥲🥲
