A lot of games from this era are not playable on current iOS devices, so it’s nice that this well-designed game has been brought along.

We all know mobile games these days are senseless, low effort, ad revenue sponges. But this game has held up for years and years. The gameplay is fun, the content is expansive, and the experience is an amazing time. This is one of the few mobile games I am actually happy I spent money on, and I hope and pray that it doesn’t become unsupported and unplayable.

I am at the end of it, everything unlocked, but stuck. I may not be able to finish it.

This is the only review I will prolly willingly write but this game has it all tbh. It’s music is a banger and really brings the ambiance. The upgrades are fun and well designed as well as showing up on your character, the character progression system is nice as you have to work your way up before reaching the potentially broken ones (and also keeps the game interesting as you progress. Actual banger game and I really enjoy it. Good job devs

The paladin level is tough, on PC it’s easier because of the extra content. We pay for the game as well maybe not on PC but it would be nice to be able to enjoy the game as well :)

Add a Witch, WitchDoctor, and Magician class. Allow the Witch to use witchcraft and the WitchDoctor to use voodoo.

Feels like I just threw away $8.. While I applaud the graphics of this game and how smoothly it runs on my phone, gameplay and level design wise it is just utterly bland and devoid of fun. Seriously go watch a gameplay vid on YouTube before purchasing this, and you will see how dull it is.

I redownloaded the game on my new phone, and all my progress was erased! Bummer!

The quality of this game makes it good enough to be on a handheld gaming system like a DS. I also found that it scratches my desire for a “Souls-like” challenge for mobile games. Wayward Souls makes it to the top of my recommended mobile games.

Legendary game that has stood the test of time. Thank you so much for bringing the Paladin to mobile. Rocket Cat is the bees knees!!

Thrilled the update is finally here. For those who’ve since lost their save (it’s been a couple of phones now!), go to extras and type “paladin” in the support box. Pain saved!

By FAR my favorite iOS game. I’d love to see an update that makes the X (and newer devices) full screen.

If a game requires you to drag around for the control scheme, it should fit every screen. They have not updated it for iPhone X. What’s worse, their website provides a support email address for such inquiries that doesn’t exist.

Was never updated with the promised paladin update.

Game is completely broken in latest update (March 21, 2019) on iPod Touch 6th Gen. Unresponsive to any touches/swipes at character load screen.

gem of a game. Harder (and more polished) than a diamond in an ice storm, Wayward Souls features fun gameplay, epic replayabilty, and hats.

This game is great, it appeals to me as a dark souls player kinda, its rly not like that but idk lol its really good

After 2 years... 2 new update and icons are still chopped, some half some leaving a thin strip glowing makes you wonder what is this thing floating?

Gameplay was confusing and inconsistent. Controlling the characters was a pain. No music. I was unimpressed and wish I could get my money back.
