I think the forecast is good but needs to have timelines on the app. One reason we look at apps is to see the timing of rain, etc. This needs improving.

I always used the weather app and now it does not exist any longer? Why? A large new station like this should certainly behave a weather app. Especially if you want to be the leading weather and hurricane authority in SWFL.

It’s a LOT faster than the old version. I like the ease of swiping between stories. Weather would be better if the weather app stuff was in here too.

Why are there stories over a month old still in the feed??? Purge old stories after a specific time period (like a week, not > 30 days). While the news cycle may be slower in SWFL as opposed to larger markets I’m sure you can find more recent and relevant filler pieces.

All the widgets are showing : WBBH is offline. Why ?

I downloaded during hurricane Milton, and there are so many preroll ads, I never get to the actual live feed

Combining two stations, where you can only stream one is ridiculous. It may sound petty, but I get attached to my morning personalities. Now I cannot stream NBC. The ABC station lacks quality. From the cheesy anchors to the unsteady camera work on ABC, I prefer NBC. Also, the weather tab does not give the hourly forecast or the 7 day forecast. There is nothing up to date in the tab except live radar. If you fish for it eventually you get weather, but why not put it under the WEATHER tab?

Yesterday I noticed when I witch over to the radar it’s showing me Chicago. I’m in south west Florida. U til yesterday it always used and showed my location but now it’s showing Chicago. I will change it back to my location and if I exit out of the app it will return to Chicago. Please fix this.

This app is not working-it’s says there is a connection problem. Ever since I got my new phone 2 months now!! Straighten it out please

This app has been completely redone and it’s terrible. Not user friendly at all, have to search for the weather which takes you to a separate site where you have to put in your zip and then click radar. The radar has no play option either. By the time I’ve navigated it the weather has past. The old saying “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” rings true in this instance..

Ever since the last update, videos will not play on iPad. You get a warning that says the format is not supported by the browser.

The news part is just fine, but the amount of ads is ridiculous.

I’m a fan of televised NBC-2. I thought I’d be a fan of their app. Unfortunately, the contents within the app appear to be the product of an employee the station holds onto just because they’ve been together forever. It’s lazy newscasting at its finest. Minimal amount of new stories daily, backed by articles up to two weeks old that try to make the app look relevant. NBC-2, you’re better than that, fix it. Now if you prefer to read an article rather than watch the video you only have a small window under the video to read about 2 lines at a time. I prefer to read the articles and not disturb the people around me. I’ll look for another news app.
