In order to listen to music I have to close the application or else the music is very quiet and I can barely hear it. Also the heart rate barely work it tells me to wear the watch when I am and it’s the tightest against my wrist I can get it. There also isn’t many customizations.

Not a good app Very confusing Watch faces bad

I tried it with AI translator earbuds 5.49. It’s really impressive. I tried the translations from English to Chinese and vice verse using the daily dialogue and also some professional scripts. The performance is really good. Highly recommend

The only downfall I have about this watch is the not being able to receive my messages or send messages from the watch which is the reason i made this purchase. As it stands I cannot buy one for my children unless this is resolved because the purpose of the watch is for us to communicate by texting while at work or at school places we are not allowed to have our phones out.

It looks and works like a real Apple Watch, but the only complaint I have is the weather app is not accurate to my location. I even made sure to share my location with the app and it still shows somewhere else.

I have a hw69 ultra 2 watch.When I connect the watch to the app the application market is just a blank page. As the watch was advertised to have the application market function please make it work.

This one annoys the heck out of me not being able to switch from 24hr time format to 12hr. Also the watch to phone connection is unstable.

Everything is great, but after the update I can't set alarm (I mean exact time) Please fix it!!

The app is great but if you guy's add a gym monitor and diet planner it would be the perfect app ever I'm not saying it's not good so far but if you guys manage to somehow add a feature that gives you a gym equipment workout plan and diet plan that can be monitored by the smart watch like that running feature you already have, the app would be legendary

So i love this app alot and i love the watch but you need to update the app, so first remove the game app on the watch and put it in the app store and replace the game app with photo album, second. Add more apps like other games and more measuring and etc, And if you want to add those to the watch you can make a new update for it, Thank you.

Para el precio estoy muy sorprendida con el producto. Funciona muy bien con mi teléfono. No le doy las 5 estrellas porque me gustaría tener más control en las carátulas para la pantalla, poder eliminar las que no me gustan y poder añadir más de una carátula al teléfono.

L’application en général elle est bonne ,mais faut revoir les bugs et les crache de l’application surtout dans le volet température du corps et le taux de glycémie dans le même sciage revoir les unités appliquées comme par exemple Gr/l au lieu mmol/ l etc..

If you are a totally blind user like myself you cannot use this watch with an iPhone at all the app works but you can’t connect via the app and you can’t do things very easily because you got to get it coming up in your native language first and then in English we ought to be able to choose our native language without having to hear that in Japanese or whatever the languages you speak I’m not prejudiced but I think that that since you’re offering this watch to the public and you are a publicly t

Where are all the watch faces? I went pro and there still aren't any. Then it prompts me to earn gold beans by scrolling different ads to earn these beans for free watch faces. I've done that and still nothing. I'm not happy.

The 12 hr function was present on previous versions of the app, it has disappeared on v5.03.12. Are there any plans to bring it back anytime soon???

Notifications is not working on iPhone 13 and need watch reset to factory settings every otherday. Also monthly subscription deducted my account and app was saying i have nit renewed my suspension had to talk to apple about to this to refund.

The contacts name show last name not frest

I really thought I was going to like this watch a lot until I couldn’t figure out how to stop the sound from my phone from coming out the watch. I want the sound of videos etc to come from my phone where I’m watching them not my watch. Otherwise I would have really liked it.
