Deceptive app name

I wanted 1Weather and was fooled by this app. The screen does not rotate on my iPad so I have to hold it vertical to read the app.. I cannot find any way to delete a city.

Awesome app.

I am a fisherman and I use this app to determine where I should go out on large body of water. Keeps me safe and I get more time on water with this app.
