Rain Viewer Essential

Not too bad. I gave it 5 stars due to its ease of installation, intuitive interface, customization flexibility and cost of the service. $19.99 per year for ad-free use is about average for a good weather app. It seems to be battery friendly, which is paramount to have for a feature. I'll keep testing it here in Texas because we have weirdest extreme weather conditions of any place in the United States.

No longer loads

No longer loads. Crashes every time you click on icon. Update : developer fixed my reported issue and it's working again!

The app describes itself as having forecasts. If that's true it's well hidden. This is nothing but a map.
