I downloaded accidentally and I loved it. I am working out more than ever
I did my first workout and i feel great i am 12 and i don’t feel comfortable with my body i feel embarrassed and i want to have a slim and fit body. after reading reviews i feel really confident this will help me.
One the first day I already tried 10 workouts and ended up losing 4 pounds... try this out if you want to be fit!
The free workout is nice, but there are majority premium workouts available. And saddle those are the ones I want to do.
They motivate you in the app to keep trying and the exercises aren't hard just tiresome. I feel like I'm at the gym and I feel amazing after complete full workouts

You get a better workout then going to a gym. It’s also free. I love how you get to pick the workout. I am definitely getting into shape faster than I do in my Athletics class. You should download this app you won’t regret it!

Unless you buy a subscription you only really have access to two workouts. I find this completely ridiculous. Why buy a subscription to an app when you could just as easily look up free hiit workouts on youtube?
