I’ve been waiting so long just for a simple question answered but what do I get nothing😭 Don’t get me wrong the apps great I just wish customer service was better

So I had just gotten this app on my phone and then when I woke up the next day after making my account everything was messed up my banking stuff was funny and it was just really weird but then my friend got this app too to get txt merch and stuff but after she made a account her phone freezes up and wouldn’t move so she and I deleted the app then everything went to normal idk what happend but I’m not happy

I’m about to get a lightstick and I saw someone complain about shipping, yall have to understand it’s shipping from a whole different continent ofc it’s gonna be expensive shipping fee’s there’s not much we can do about it like seriously 😭

well this is more of a question but does weverse ship to USA? Because the only thing I see is Canada, and i can’t say it’s Canadian and then use a USA adapter because it doesn’t let me, so if it doesn’t ship to USA does anyone know another website that’s still cheap like Weverse😭

love the app but can you do another update so i can put the app as a widget for my iphone?? it had that feature before but after i updated to ios 15 it wasn’t there anymore and it’s still not there even after ios 16. pls i want to track my orders easier without having to open the app everytime

what happened to the widget option?? i tried adding weverse shop as a widget to easier track my orders and it’s not there anymore😭

I really like this app i can get official BTS merch and more but the only problem I have is that when something gets sold out it doesn’t let you know when it will restock. Well for some.💜

I have bought something off of weverse before and it mutiple payment methods but after it just says PayPal and I don’t have PayPal. Is there another way i can pay for things without PayPal?

Makes it simple to view and purchase merch. They make it incredibly easy to track and keep tabs on your package. My only issue is that there isn’t a search bar to look for any specific item

There needs to be a FASTER way for us to buy products on this god forsaken app!!!! I shouldn’t have to go through all these steps to get one thing!! Especially when it comes to product that sells out in seconds..

I use it for all my TxT, BTS, and Enhypen stuff, it’s great. It makes it so easy, plus the stuff is cute. I ordered so much stuff off there rip my savings acc💀

I love the weverse shop but weverse can you answer my question? I got my butter album in th peaches version in July and ive been trying to scan and use my QR card but it won't let me? Why is it not working? 😤

I bought an army membership in April & never received anything. Emailed with no response. Ver frustrating.

I love this app so much! You can buy official merchandise/albums from your favorite artist! I have bought 2 bts albums so far and the SE Army Bomb and they came to me well packaged and totally fine. I’m so glad I found this💜

This app is great and all but the customer service is not good and when I try to scan my QR code it doesn’t work.

I love the app because you can get your stuff there but they don’t give you a lot of options to pay in and NOW i can’t get anything because i don’t use those paying methods 🙄

There is only one thing that the weverse shop is missing. I can’t ship things to Puerto Rico and it’s kind of annoying, but aside from that, everything else is amazing💜
