The game is engrossing but the control system to move around in the game is abysmal. You press and then move your finger to indicate direction to move. Sadly this has two HUGE problems. First, your finger is over the top of the item you are trying to move towards, which is clunky, and second (the killer) many times you cannot move AT ALL until the view lines up just right. Want to walk down a road? Nope, you can’t do that until you fiddle around till the view of the road is just right before you

Honestly, I’d rate the game itself 5 stars. The reason I’m rating it three is because it keeps crashing when I’m trying to leave from the pink bathroom into the next section, the game crashes. I’ve seen another review about this issue, so I assume it’s happening to others as well. Once this is fixed, if I’m able, I’ll rate it higher.

I just wanted to update everyone that if you are playing on Macbook (not sure about Windows) to turn of the sound from pressing the keys You just have to go into settings. Settings> Sound>Sond Effects> Turn the "Alert Volume" all the way down This should fix the issue with hearing your key being pressed.

I’ve played this like 10 times and I can’t get bored of it. I play on a iPad that isn’t the oldest but surprisingly the game runs pretty well. I think the other reviews were old so that’s why but this was worth every penny I will glaze this till I die 🙏🙏🙏

i LOVE the game in general, but whenever I try to go through the secret passage above the toilet in the pink bathroom it kicks me out of the app :(

I honestly love this indie horror genre game. Its a fun game for me I liked how you go to the past and see your dead family members story’s, also how it’s scary bc you feel like there’s something inside the house or something guiding you to death. I’ll be honest I did cry at the end and at Gregory’s story. Great game!

I honestly love this game and definitely recommend it to others, when you reach Sven and Edie’s room and go into the pink bathroom it will crash when your about to go to the next area which is the only problem so far. Overall I think this game is 5/5!

Got to 5 stories of characters but it game force close four times past day. On iOS 18.6.1 with iPhone Pro Max with ps5 controller pair to it. Not updating game past 3 years don’t help and making game unreliable current state. Recommend game but not on here.

This game is beautiful and I was so excited for the narrative. But there is something so frustrating about not getting to find out what happens in a mystery.

A dark but magical adventure. So much visual depth. I don’t think I have ever been so touched by a video game before. Well worth the money.

So I played through this game and I got to the pink bathroom and it crashed right after there’s a secret in this bathroom and apparently it will also crash after the Calvin level and I have an iPad generation 9 so it should work.

I first bought this game on my phone which didn’t have the requirements to play the game. I then used my iPad which was much better. This game has such an interesting and beautiful story. I was captivated the whole time.

what remains of edith finch is one of the best mobile games running smooth and fast. The game never crashed and had beautiful graphics, if you don’t want to spend 19.99 the 5 dollars are so worth it. Gameplay is not long maybe an 1-2 hours but the storyline is beautiful. Sound quality is beautiful and it never cuts out, the scenery makes it a perfect game. This game isn’t about well-timed jumps or quick thinking. It’s a story that you live inside. I savored it over a week. Didn’t want to miss anything.

I loved the concept and the characters and the look of this so much, but the controls are so unwieldy and at times counterintuitive that it took away from the experience. Maybe it’s different when it’s not mobile. If you’re a story lover, I’d still buy it, but go in knowing that you’re gonna get frustrated with the mechanics.

Okay developers, please help me with this, my game is stuck at a HORRENDOUS resolution (I cannot even see the text it is so bad) and there is nothing in settings to change this. Also, there are black bars on the screen instead of full screen. The game is great, but I cannot appreciate the graphics because of this.

WARNING GAME INVOLVES LOTS OF CHILD DEATH IN ITS STORY I think the graphics looks better than it did on my xbox.... this game is so replay able I bought it once I saw I could bring this game anywhere with me in my pocket! Enjoy walking around a house full of details to interact and see how nice they look including furnitures and pictures beautifully graphic.

Intriguing story line and feast for the eyes, but even with the reticle on, I get motion sickness trying to play it. I’m bummed I can’t finish it.

It reminds me of Garcia Marquez’s book One Hundred Years of Solitude. I love the narrative techniques in the game and I just can’t stop playing the game to see what’s gonna happen. The game worths 5 stars and I will recommend to my friends.
